Hollywood star Tracy Morgan is urging people to extend grace to President Donald Trump as he leads the country through the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Morgan, known for his TBS series The Last O.G., appeared on NBCs Today on Tuesday, where he talked openly about all kinds of (weird) things. Toward the end of the interview, though, he offered a defense of Trump.

Thank you, Mr. Morgan, for your kind message about the president.
I loved his “Brian Fellows” character from SNL. I hope he does not apologize for being reasonable.
I we were "All in this together"?
Luckily it was only Hoda there. If it had been that scumbag liar Samantha who is married to a DNC bigwig, she would have stared daggers at Morgan.
LOL, at about min 2 he says he does not trust China because they will “eat anything”. Ahead of his time.
How can you blame any American for the pandemic. Most Democrats must be really frustrated.
And really, Blacks are being disproportionally affected. I don’t think the black community took it seriously enough, maybe considering it white overreaction.
Look at the mayor of Chicago - getting her hair done.
That is my thinking - they are too tough to get CV.
On local Seattle radio they were talking about all the new places where the homeless people can sleep (and stay six feet apart).
“Well that is great Chris - are the homeless keeping their distance on the street too?”
“Well, um, they, um - no, they don’t seem to be taking it seriously. You know, um, even with the hepatitis warnings and needle exchange programs - they are still sharing needles. So really, the only place that is taking into account the social distancing is at the shelters. On the street things are as they always have been.”
This is the politics of today. Every time is a good time for blame.
This is something I hope I remember to say often. Not everything bad that happens to black people is a white person’s fault. This is the liberal default position, that everything bad that happens to black people is due to white racism.
I strongly believe this is a very important to state clearly.
He's a very funny and original comedian. Will never forget his British safari explorer character on SNL, "Brian Fellows."
