President Trump held another Coronavirus task force briefing on Monday. As usual, the hack reporters would rather argue with President Trump than ask pertinent questions about the ongoing pandemic.
Trump wasn’t having any of it on Monday.
President Trump set ABC’s Jon Karl straight after he started an argument over an HHS IG report on the medical supply shortage.
Jon Karl tried to leave out the fact that Trump’s HHS inspector general previously served in the Obama Admin.
“See, there’s a typical fake news deal…you’re a third rate reporter and what you just said is a disgrace… you will never make it,” Trump said.

Awesome. If I could pick any president to be in charge during this crisis, I’d pick Ronald Reagan. But he is no longer available. Trump makes a great second choice.
I would not have been surprised if PDJT produced a cream pie and launched it right at Karl’s wingnut head.

What this administration doesn’t get is for PDJT to lay the “scarlet letter” upon a reporter is like them winning the Nobel prize. It is a highest honor among thieves to get the business from the president.

No one has managed to argue successfully with Donald J. Trump. But everyone who has attempted, have all been highly successful at putting themselves in the cross-hairs for further attention from President Trump.
Some say the President spends too much time at directing his fire at those who would pick a fight or take umbrage at his words. But we saw the results of a Republican President who would not take up personal defense with both the Bushes, and see how THEY got drubbed by the press that ran roughshod over them in their respective terms of office.
Much the same thing would have happened if, by happenstance, either John McCain or Mitt Romney had managed to have won either of the two races against Obama, in 2008 and 2012. And neither could have stood against the withering fire that would have gotten directed at them as President. People saw how even such a tough and seasoned politician as Richard Nixon was finally driven from office, and that took nearly six years.
