A new day has officially arrived at the U.S. Intelligence Community. Late Friday afternoon, President Donald Trump (I still never tire of typing those three glorious words) pulled the trigger on Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson, providing him with his walking papers effective at the end of this month.
A more appropriate firing has never before happened to any employee of our federal government. Naturally, the corrupt coup detat supporters in our national news media went berserk. They all love Atkinson, given the key role he played in the whole fake impeachment hoax that distracted the nations attention from other crucial matters like the Wuhan Virus from September through January.
Here is the letter President Trump sent to Senators Richard Burr (RINO) and Mark Warner (D), the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, last night:
The President no doubt took this crucial decision based on the recommendation of Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grennel. It is also likely no coincidence that the move comes just a few days after former Congressman Mark Meadows assumed the job of President Trumps Chief of Staff. So, lets all give Mr. Grennel and Mr. Meadows a standing round of applause as well.

Atkinson, remember is the corrupt Obama holdover who last August single-handedly enabled the entire impeachment hoax to move forward based on the anonymous, hearsay whistleblower complaint by surreptitiously changing the ICs whistleblower rules to allow second-hand information. As reported this morning by Gateway Pundit:
Atkinson saw to it that the whistleblower form was updated to allow for second hand information, which the whistleblower (believed to be Eric Ciaramella) provided in his complaint. Although, the form should not have been accepted based on second-hand information and because it was about the President of the United States (who is not in the IC), Atkinson accepted the complaint.
The whistleblower later attempted to edit the form he originally provided. The original form stated that the whistleblower did not talk to Congress before filing the form but after it was discovered that he had met with Adam Schiffs team in Congress, the whistleblower attempted to edit his form.
Its important to note that Atkinsons move came just days after Schiff and his staff had coordinated with the fake whistleblower Eric Ciaramella to compile his complaint. Atkinson was obviously also coordinating his efforts with Schiff.
Lets also remember that, after Atkinson was interviewed by Adam Schiffs Soviet-style impeachment committee in September, the results were apparently so damaging to the hoax that Schiff has still refused to release the transcript of that interrogation to this day. Atkinsons transcript remains the only one of the 29 interview transcripts still being kept under wraps.
Finally, the guys over at The Conservative Treehouse remind us in a great, comprehensive expose of Atkinson, that he was also singled out for criticism in last Decembers report by DOJ IG Michael Horowitz:
Also, in the recent FISA review by the OIG the DOJ inspector general specifically identified issues with the accuracy reviews conducted by DOJ-NSD chief legal counsel. Who was that former DOJ-NSD chief legal counsel? That would be current ICIG Michael Atkinson.
Currently, former CIA Director John Brennan is under investigation for his role in the FBI spy operations against the Trump campaign and administration. Brennan is being investigated by U.S. Attorney John Durham, an assignment from AG Bill Barr.
Few people have asked why it would take a U.S. attorney to conduct a review of the CIA considering ICIG Atkinson should have been doing that oversight already. The answer within that non-discussed dynamic points to the reason why Ric Grenell as ODNI was needed.
So today, as you find yourselves going stir crazy as you continue to hole up in your home for fear of contracting a virus, take just a moment to celebrate the great news that your President took the time and political risk in the midst of this crisis to rid our government of this corrupt, malign influence who has done so much damage within our intelligence community.
Uncorking a nice, cold bottle of champagne might be in order.
That is all.
Walmart is hiring...I wonder if he knows.
Atkinson should hope that this is the worst of it for him.
Ending up in prison for conspiracy is a far more justifiable outcome.
This is somehow related to the last report we’ve been seeing?

EXCERPT As an experienced CIA official on the NSC with the deep knowledge of Ukraine that he demonstrated in his complaint, it is probable that the infamous whistleblower (who sparked impeachment) briefed Biden and likely that he accompanied him on Air Force Two during at least one of the six visits the 2020 candidate made to the country.
A former Trump administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence matters, said Bidens work on foreign affairs brought him into close proximity with the whistleblower either at the CIA or when he was detailed to the White House.
This person, after working with Biden, may feel defensive towards him because he feels [Biden] is being falsely attacked. Maybe he is even talking to Bidens staff, the former official said. Maybe it is innocent, maybe not.
Last month, the whistleblower accused President Trump of abusing his position by asking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Biden and his son, Hunter, who sat on the board of a Ukrainian gas company. His complaint is now at the center of a Democrat-led impeachment inquiry, prompting Trump and his allies to cry foul.
Biden was President Barack Obamas point man on Ukraine, making a half dozen trips there in his eight years as vice president. Those trips involved briefings from senior intelligence officials and NSC officers, some of whom traveled with him to Kyiv and elsewhere.
The Whistleblower has ties to one of my DEMOCRAT OPPONENTS, tweeted Trump, after the professional link was revealed by the Washington Examiner. Why does the ICIG allow this scam to continue?
Trump said Thursday he did not know the identity of the whistleblower.
The connection to Biden has emerged a week after Atkinson, the Intelligence Communitys inspector general, briefed the House Intelligence Committee on the whistleblowers complaint.
After the report on what Atkinson said, lawyers for the whistleblower immediately insisted their client was not motivated by political considerations, but their cryptic comment fueled speculation about his identity. The careful statement did not rule out that the whistleblower worked with one of the candidates before they started running for president.
First, our client has never worked for or advised a political candidate, campaign, or party, said Andrew Bakaj and Mark Zaid. Second, our client has spent their entire government career in apolitical, civil servant positions in
the Executive Branch.
Glenn Carle, a former CIA officer who himself blew the whistle on George W. Bush administration efforts to collect intelligence on an American citizen, said the distinction was crucial. The truth is that the whistleblower would have worked with Biden not in some partisan political sense but as a member of the government, he said. It is scurrilous to suppose there was a political motivation.
He added that it was possible that the CIA officer briefed senators or representatives who were now running for president.
I think Atkinson was at the center of the FISA abuse scandal. He was there with Mary McCord who set up Michael Flynn.
The hammer is about to drop.
I had a thought - Walmart Greeter - most dangerous job in the US at the moment..
When the company my daughter worked for cut her loose (China Virus shutdown) they didn't give her til the end of the week, much less end of the month. They should have frog-marched his miserable ass outta the building!

PAGING Mr. Star Chamber..Mr Star Chamber, please pick up the Red Phone ....
The biggest question is why, 3+ years into Trumps Presidency are these people still employed?
“The biggest question is why, 3+ years into Trumps Presidency are these people still employed?”
There are times when you have enemies in positions of power, that it is best to let them be, to watch, to gather information, to document their activities.
Then when you want them gone, you can really make them disappear for good.
Good riddance!
Mr. Bean is out of work? WTH?
When will the whistle blower get his walking papers? If not, he should already have been isolated shuffling paper clips.
Ending up in prison for conspiracy is a far more justifiable outcome.
We would need an Attorney General who gives a **** for that to happen.
Pity we dont have one.
L
Atkinson should learn to code.
When Trump is asked today about it his response:
He did a terrible job. Another Obama holdover who enabled a fake whistleblower complaint to paralyze this nation with needless impeachment hearings when our focus should have been on dealing with more important things like the Coronavirus pandemic. Good riddance to him.
NEXT Question!
My only question is why Atkinson was not fired on day one of the Trump administration. They should have cleaned out every Obama appointee right from the start and fired every one of his ambassadors.
Highly unlikely. It is obvious that even when they’re not in charge of anything important, Democrats/Leftists are exempt somehow from a prison sentence.
Flynn for IG!!!
