Fake billing has been know to happen. In Medicare alone it amounts to BILLIONS of dollars each year - in “normal” times. Happening here? Who knows.

I was fine with this guy’s actions all the way until the point after the ‘assault’ (hitting his phone, heh) where the cop told her to back off and leave, and he started following and trolling.
She should not have been out there acting like that, but he should have let the cop do his job and talk her down.
