I've been wondering why, if a man in King Co., Washington State in his 50s has died of the Coronavirus, apparently the first case in the U.S., that we haven't been told the RACE or ETHNIC BACKGROUND of said individual. I mean, is he of Chinese extract, or from the Orient? Did he have any dealings with people from the Orient in recent weeks or months that would explain him having been exposed?
Two people in a nursing home in Kirkland, WA have also tested positive. Neither has done any traveling in recent months. But obviously, there's a common denominator here -- they came in contact with SOMEONE who had been exposed.
Same with the woman in Northern California. The mainstream media keeps telling us that she never traveled abroad and authorities do not know how she came exposed to the virus. Some of these afflicted people might not be truthful about their associations or family members because they don't want authorities to know that they've traveled abroad and/or that there's a family or friend who has traveled recently overseas and do not want U.S. authorities to find out.
Democrat Party candidates always make a big deal about RACE. We saw this in recent debates and in South Carolina yesterday -- you could not turn on CNN or MSNBC without someone talking about the 'black vote' or the 'black community' or 'black counties'. Yet, when it comes to the Coronavirus, no one says jack squat about the RACE of those afflicted with this virus. Why is that?
It doesn’t matter. If Italians, Iranians can have outbreaks, it’s not a race driven virus.
It started in Asia so Asians got it first.
Italy has a lot of Chinese abd other Asian guest workers doing textile work for the fashion industry.

I can see both sides.If a particular ethnicity is more vulnerable, that is useful information for those of that ethnicity that they should be more prepared. However, if it is an equally opportunity viruses, that should be made known. The fact the media is playing games with the information is showing how little regard they place in human lives.
If race is a factor, they will never tell you, so forget about that.
It is ravaging Asia, Italy and Iran, so probably not just race based.
Italy is a geriatric society and has a lot of elderly people who can be hit pretty hard by this.
Again, correlation does not signify causation.
BUT:
Italy - lots of old people;
China - lots of smoking men (74%);
Iran - In the dark ages and just had a huge election as well as regular massive mosques where the religious are in very close contact...
Korea - It spread via a massive religious group
They are now whispering that this has likely been quietly spreading throughout the West Coast of the USA for weeks now and is just now being detected...

The cruise ships with many infected had people of every race, nationality, etc. on board—and nobody was exempt from the disease.

Well that’s what makes this situation so interesting. This virus appears to have racial preferences, which begs the question of why the Chinese appear to have made a bioweapon that targets Chinese.

Its time to shut down these Korean flights and Italian .
Our first death is a Korean national visiting the homeland and brought this virus back and no one screened and stopped him. We don't need any more Korean presents ., in his asymptomatic state infected hundreds maybe .
A NYer came back from Italy and was a asymptomatic carrier too .Lets
be America first . Stop the flights from these hot zones .
I’m not personally worried about this killing me or mine.
I am worried about the supply chain disruptions of medicines and other important stuff.
That stuff will kill all races and ages.
