Andrew McCabe is a liar, and thats really all there is to it.
***************
So? DC is filled with liars and nothing ever happens to any of them.
McCabe is off the hook because as we all know DC is a Justice Free Zone.

The Washington Post also reported based entirely on anonymous sources, of course that DOJ lawyers mad their decision not to pursue McCabe after a federal judge who would have heard the case told them that he believed the case had been damaged by all of the Presidents commentary on it. Obviously, an Obama appointee. No, not obviously an Obama appointee. For the umpteenth time, someone needs to tell Donald to STFU. He is the nation's chief law enforcement officer, not a jousting partner for Rachel Maddow. Quite a few people should go to prison for their roles in the attempted coup. One of the biggest risks to a successful prosecution is a president with the impulse control of a 13 year old girl who can't stay off Twitter and doesn't understand that he can compromise a serious case. DJT appears to be more interested in having Twitter followers than in allowing investigators to build a case.
And NO, don't complain about "the swamp." DJT is three and a half years into his administration. If he doesn't have solid, reliable people of integrity in the key positions at this point, it's on him. The Twitter addict spends more time feuding with his own appointees on social media than he does actually building a team. He is his own worst enemy.

The judge told the prosecutors that Trump’s comments damaged the case against McCabe?
But McCabe being guilty and becoming a CNN commentator, that’s no problem.

CNN’s cameras were rolling at 04:30 when the FBI SWAT teams swooped in on Mr. and Mrs. Stone at their residence in Florida and rousted them from their bed.
Was the judge concerned about that tainting the defendant’s right to a fair trial?

"But the best part of that exchange is calling Fox News a propaganda outlet while doing an interview on freaking CNN."The best part of being confined to the slime in the Swamp is that you aren't even aware that there is life OUTSIDE the Swamp. It's best to keep that secret.....for now.

Doesnt matter what he did. Doesn't matter what any of them did. If DOJ (Barr, et al) doesnt have the will to prosecute, they all will skate. IMO, Barr and everyone below him in DOJ and FBI see protecting their respective agencies as their primary function.

Somebody dropped the ball at the personnel office in regards to hiring Andrew McCabe.

That's nonsense. So, we have a federal judge discouraging prosecutors when none of the evidence has even been formally presented for consideration? No amount of evidence would be more important than the president's comments?
The evidence concerning McCabe is in testimony before Congress and public statements made in his official capacity. If it can be shown that his statements didn't square with the facts, nothing the president said changes anything at all.

Obviously, an Obama appointee. The judge is a Bush appointee. Regardless, the DOJ may have decided not to pursue charges against McCabe in Washington DC because there is no way that a "swamp-jury" would convict him no matter how compelling the evidence, and that an acquittal would make McCabe a martyr.

Well there you have it, right from one of the Lawfare seditionist’s mouth.
Weismann is setting up the fight to protect himself and all the others involved in the Russia Collusion Hoax.
The McCabe lies about leaking to media are nothing to what is being investigated.
It’s good Eyes of Texas highlights this as I’ve been saying this and he elevated the question too.
Told ya.
Now maybe the freakout of whining will stop, at least for a while.
