Capping off on of the most incredible weeks of uniterrupted WINNING in U.S. presidential history, both Vindman brothers serving as anti-Trump spies at the National Security Council and smarmy Ambassador to the EU Gordan Sondland were removed from their respective posts late Friday. Very predictably, leftists, #nevertrump nitwits and their corrupt media toadies went absolutely nuts in response, especially over the dismissal of Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the guy who played such a crucial role in dummying up the fake impeachment scam through which the Democrats have held our country hostage for the last 5 months.
This, of course, is absurd. Vindman has proven himself to be disloyal and a leaker of classified information, and any POTUS has an absolute right to be advised by people who he can rely on. After the events of the last 5 months, there is no way on earth President Trump should ever could a word of advice or information Alexander Vindman or his brother.
Although they were escorted off of the White House grounds by security personnel, both Vindman brothers, as employees of the U.S. military, were simply detailed back to their prior postings, where they will remained gainfully employed at the expense of the U.S. taxpayers unless and until either the Pentagon or the Department of Justice decides to prosecute them for their crimes. As I detailed way back in October, here are the reasons why Alexander Vindman richly deserves to be investigated and potentially prosecuted:
– While serving at the NSC, he had numerous contacts with foreign agents, including the very sketchy attorney Marcus Cohen, who poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into the campaign of now-Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, in the hopes of being appointed to a high-level position within his administration.
– While Vindman’s military service is honorable, in testifying on Tuesday he was disobeying a direct order from his Commander-in-Chief. That is not honorable.
– During his testimony, Adam Schiff directed Vindman to refuse to answer questions from Republican members of the committee in order to protect Vindman from incriminating himself. Again, exactly the sort of stuff we regularly see taking place in banana republic coup d’etat efforts.
– Also during his testimony, Vindman apparently admitted to leaking the contents of the President’s classified call to several people, almost certainly a crime.
– The questions Schiff was most concerned about had to do with the identities of the people to whom Vindman had leaked the contents of the call. Again, most likely a felony under U.S. law.
– Despite the clear admission in his published opening statement that the published transcript of the call is accurate, Vindman also testified that he had actually made efforts to force changes to be made to the transcript in order to better fit his and Schiff’s narrative.
But there’s still more. Vindman’s boss at the NSC, Timothy Morrison, testified that Vindman regularly went outside the chain of command within the NSC, and that he considered Vindman to be unreliable and a potential security risk. Vindman’s brother, Yevgeny, also apparently participated in the coup effort, and also richly deserves to be investigated for his actions.
Lt. Col. Vindman was supposedly the NSC’s top “expert” on Ukraine, yet his testimony revealed that his grasp on the details on U.S. policy towards Ukraine was spotty at best. Like so many others of the roughly 200 detailees sitting at the NSC today, Vindman is an Obama holdover, a plant sent there not to do the work of the current Administration, but to spy and leak and, as we have seen, attempt to overthrow the duly-elected government.
This is why National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien is about to clean house at the NSC, whose staff has grown from about 25 under George H.W. Bush to more than 200 today. O’Brien told a reporter last week that he may well cut the current staff in half in his efforts to clear out all the spies and leakers embedded there.
So, what do you call removing everyone named “Vindman” from the NSC? A good start. The removal of Sondland is a fine second step. The outright firing of Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson, who unilaterally changed the rules for whistleblower complaints under his purview in order to facilitate this coup attempt, would be a very fine third step. Many more firings should come after that.
But most important of all, the bad actors in this coup plot, including Alexander Vindman, Eric Ciaramella and all the rest of the diplomats and bureaucrats who participated in what clearly was a conspiracy to bring down a President, must be prosecuted.
This two-tiered system of justice must end.

Side Bar For Today: Remember how the the vast list of Democrat Party 2020 POTUS Candidates roamed the hills and dales of the great state of IOWA....but received little attention and attendance of their supporters at their town meeting and political allies. Remember “Powerful” Democrat, Joe Biden had a massive rally with 49 people attending, while POTUS, DJT was garnering 20,000-30,000 people to his stunning campaign rallies. Remember I posted that the voting turnout in IOWA would be very low. The Democrats shouted the 2020 Caucus turnout would easily top the record 270,000 voters that came out in the 2008 Caucuses.
Well, now the numbers are out. Only a paltry number of 170,000 Democrats showed up to take part in the caucuses. There are 3,400,000 citizens of IOWA that are registered to vote. Bottom line: The Democrat Party is destroying itself with its own self inflicted wounds. Nancy Pelosi is no leader...she is a destroyer of both the Democrat Party and the free nation of America.
The Democrats will not get healthy and robust until they clean house and they can and should start by dumping and brooming Ms. Nancy Pelosi...period!!!

The Left and the media (but I repeat myself) are up in the trees over this for “punishing” a brave man. As I recall, the Obama administration was ruthless in tracking down and dismissing leakers, including whistleblowers who had legal protection against dismissal.
They apparently believe that being an active member of a coup d’etat conspiracy ought to provide a government employee a job for life.

We normally agree :-), but not here (unless you were being sarcastic & I missed it) ... IMO, to keep the Dems unhealthy and nonrobust, I would suggest they keep following Nancy Pelosi over the political cliff ... she should not be dumped! As Buck Sexton said, does she “really” want to ‘go there’ in a personal feud, trading barbs with The Master, Donald Trump? She looks like a loser, the smell of desperation is hanging in the air over the Dems (think Pigpen, with his own private dust storm), & she’s sinking her own ship so carry on, Nasty Nan!
Bonus: I think the fight with PDJT is taking a physical toll on her ... she looks worse every time I see her. Even though her speech ripping was ‘pre-planned’ to some extent, he “broke” her at the SOTU .... for her to devolve mentally into thinking that was a good idea in any way, shows her state of mind is not the steel political trap people previously thought - she’ll never be the same or thought of in the same way.
IIRC, the Vindaman twins hold dual citizenship. How the hell were they allowed into any slot requiring security clearence much less the NSC.

Actually they’ll be temporarily assigned to some minor office or other doing menial work until they are either offered a new job in the Army (doubtful) or they miss a promotion (likely). They essentially have no supervisor to right their fitness report, so they’ll be deemed ‘unpromotable’ as I understand it. Of course, they can always resign their commissions before that time. And in Alexander’s case he probably will, then go onto write his tell-all fiction and go on a media tour during the election season.

However...our great nation really does require two major political parties that funtion effectively for their purpose and the Democrat Party is far from doing that right now. Pelosi is a repeat chemical abuser....I know because for seven years, in my management career I served as the Chemical abuse arbitrator that ruled on Chemical Abuse employees between management and our labor union and i can spot a druggie or alcoholic with my eyes closed. In addition this poor woman suffers from severe mental problems ..also!!!
The answer to just about all of our political problems is quite simple and basic...it’s called Term Limits. Senators, two terms, (Twelve Years), Representatives, three terms, (Six Years)...period.

Here’s what I would say, especially to your point about needing two functioning parties .... we are currently at war - it’s being called “war time Conservatism”. I’ve heard some great explanations, etc. on this. Between now & the next election, I do not think the Dems, as long as they are in power & Trump is in the WH, will care whether or not the country is functioning ... all they are about is their own power and they do not care one little bit about what is best for the country. I think we ‘accept’ this as a temporary condition because the ‘black flag’ needs to be hoisted where the Dems are concerned ... it’s a political battle to the death ... the Dems certainly never give us quarter, they always go for the jugular & it’s time that we do the same. As a really poor leader right now, this is why I think Pelosi should stay ... she’s losing on all fronts & that is a good thing when it comes to WINNING, which we absolutely have to do or the country is a goner.
It is OUR responsibility as voters to have Trump’s back and to SAVE the country by voting OUT ALL the b@stards who are ripping this country to shreds & trying to ruin it, for their own power purposes i.e. the DemonRats need to be utterly destroyed politically (I wouldn’t mind if a good number end up in prison, either - all the coup plotters, law breakers, etc.). I agree with you...I work every day to support protect and defend out great POTUS DJT!!! If you read my inputs on this site...I try to do everything I can do to tear down and defeat the Traitor/Turncoat, scum and vermin Democrat Party. I try to push the Trump Rallies...every one of them to the maximum. During Trump’s “celebration” Thursday morning, he had all the folks who supported him and helped him through the impeachment & trial process. One descriptor he used a lot was “warrior” - that is the word I think of when I see your posts/think of you! You are a WARRIOR for the cause and that is what more people need to be .... “regular” politics is dead ... this is ‘war’ politics and warriors are required for victory. You also have a lot of energy/enthusiasm and that is something all of us need more of - God Bless you for your efforts & MAGA on!

Removing anyone registered as a democrat would be a better start.
