Another Creature Rises Out of the Swamp—Chief Justice John Roberts
Canada Free Press ^ | 01/30/20 | Judi McLeod

Meanwhile, shifty Schiff seems to have found a new protector for his Whistleblower, one that brings new meaning to the term “snake in the grass”.

Chief Justice of the United States John Roberts is back again heaping misery on a much beleaguered Republic.

Not all Creatures of the Swamp come with pencil necks and shark fins. Roberts is one of the type who slither on their bellies—a veritable Snake in the Weeds kind.

Apparently the Harvard lawyer, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court has never heard of the Sixth Amendment right to confront your Accuser. And apparently he doesn’t know the law well enough to know that CIArmella has no legal status as a whistleblower, and that if he did the statute does not require his name to be kept secret.

Roberts must have a HUGE skeleton in his closet. I have no other explanation for many of his actions of the past decade.

After the trial he’ll probably flee back to his Convent in Malta

Maybe its not yet a skeleton.

Maybe its one or two live children.

Or goats.

Remember George Bush. He gets, what 2 SC picks? Or was it one?

Anyway, his first pick is Harriet Myers, his secretary?

He spends five minutes and chooses her...

Then he spends like 10 minutes and he gets Roberts, and everyone is saying how great he is...

Trump, like any successful businessman, gets the best people out there to locate the best judges...and he takes his time... and tells us who’s on the list.

IOWs Bush=Mediocrity, whereas Trump=Efficiency

Roberts is a total coward... Who would’ve thought that he’d be the new swing vote.

The whistleblower is a tax, and there for not subject to cross examination.

Not sure why Roberts is so intent on shielding Eric Ciaramella as “ the whistleblower “.

What makes Ciaramella so sacrosanct, other than the demands of Bug Eyes, and the Fake News conglomerate, to hide him from answering legitimate questions ?

I’m not saying it’s an easy decision for Roberts to out the whistle blower knowing there is an argument that it’s illegal to do so. However, we are talking about an attempt at impeaching and removing the president of the United States. At this point the president has to be allowed to defend himself. There also is a question of whether the chief Justice has a right to hamstring the senators who are attempting to fulfill their constitutional duty. This is especially important because the whole focus of the impeachment is whether trump had a legitimate reason or right to investigate the Biden’s in Ukraine. The whistle blower apparently is a former Biden employee who has helped cover up Biden’s involvement in Ukraine. How can that be hidden from the impeachment trial?

wish a republican woudl say “Ok- we’ll play along with this ridiculous charade, but in the meantime, just to be clear, you are demanding that noone should ever say the name
Eric Chiaramell.....errrr- i mean no one should ever mention the whistleblower’s name out loud because Why? Because then everyone, who already knows his name, might learn his name, and that’s a no no? Further, if you don’t know the name of the whistleblower who btw wasn’t a fact witness, how can you know if we name the whistleblower or not? Curious minds want to know”

Every US citizen has the right to face their accusers. The Dems don’t think so.

Roberts is leveraged, as many federal judges are, by the spy agencies who vacuum up their financial, telephone and internet communications/activities.

None of this will change unless this mass spying, all carried out under the rubric of “national security”, is banned.

Partner, we agree that Justice Roberts should not even be the Judge at this Sham Senate Trial.

Chief Justice Roberts is a total joke as Chief Justice of our Supreme Court.

Luckily there will be no more witnesses and now these nitwits Rats are so dumb it ain't funny and I still predict the Rat party will be history since they are going Socialistic route.
