Thank You for Midnightcat’s and her mother Edith’s love and trust towards You. Thank You that You never leave us or forsake us.

Isaiah 46:4 And I will still be carrying you when you are old. Your hair will turn gray, and I will still carry you. I made you, and I will carry you to safety.

In the Name of JESUS CHRIST, Who won the VICTORY, we speak to the cancerous mass on Edith’s parotid gland. “Scriptures say every name must bow to the Name of JESUS. We take authority over you, foul spirit, in JESUS’ Name and cancel the assignment you have on Edith. We rebuke you and command you to leave in JESUS’ Name.”

Give the doctors wisdom and guidance concerning Edith. Surround her with Your ministering angels.

May HOLY SPIRIT fill Midnightcat and Edith with Your Rest and Peace.

Glorious wonder-worker, St. Peregrine, you answered
the divine call with a ready spirit, and forsook
all the comforts of a life of ease and all the
empty honors of the world to dedicate yourself to God
in the Order of His holy Mother.

You labored manfully for the salvation of souls. In union
with Jesus crucified, you endured painful sufferings
with such patience as to deserve to be healed miraculously
of an incurable cancer in your leg by a touch of
His divine hand.

Obtain for Our Dear Edith the grace to answer every
call of God and to fulfill His will in all the
events of life. Enkindle in her heart a consuming
zeal for the salvation of all men.

Deliver Edith from the infirmities that afflict her body

Obtain for her also a perfect resignation to the sufferings
it may please God to send, so that,
imitating our crucified Savior and His sorrowful Mother,
she may merit eternal glory in heaven.

Jacki - That is good news for your sister. Hopefully they will keep an eye on it as sometimes benign can turn cancerous and it may be safer to get it out...or else they will do the wait and see approach. But I’m glad this is great news for her!

I’m really touched by every’s prayers and the Christian community here on Free Republic. It’s amazing.

I managed to line up a very important PET scan, a visit w/her cardiologist, and a primary doctor visit w/bloodwork needed for an upcoming MRI over the next couple of days. All the reports should be ready & faxed to the doctor at Jefferson University when we go back this coming Thursday to discuss further and go over results. MRI will be done by Jefferson on Thursday. What a huge task to get these appointments done in a short span of time and the PET scan place bent over backwards to accommodate our tight schedule.

However these results turn out, I’m grateful for the speed that we were able to line them up and the prayer offered by you guys. My mother was so relaxed yesterday..it was wonderful to see.

We’ve done a lot of praying for our elderly parents who have had health issues along the way. It is important.
