He was out all last week, mostly announced, and now today he's out again. During one of the most politically-charged moments in history.
I can only assume he's ill? I hope not, and that's he's ok but this has been really strange.
Rush said SUPER SECRETE MEETING was what I heard.
****
I wasn’t aware of this. Hopefully he’ll be back tomorrow and can fill us in...at least somewhat!
OMG, Mark Davis was *the worst*!! I couldn't shut the radio off fast enough when that dweeb filled in for Rush. Worst Rush substitute EVER.
YES. Hannitus Interruptus' (LOL) TV show is often better with Bongino at the helm. Hannity had better watch out...
Hmm... perhaps Dan Bongino will be THE guy to someday sit behind the Golden EIB microphone full time?
Ugh, not me! I really like Mark Steyn, but his silliness grates on my nerves after awhile. I don't learn as much from Steyn (or any of the guest hosts) as I do from Rush.
I think Mark Steyn is *great* on TV though... he does a fantastic job filling in for Tucker, etc. on Fox News.
Dittos to everything you said in #51 :-)
What is CTH....sorry, not good with acronyms.
“when he fills in for Hannitus Interruptus.”
I don’t notice that Sean interrupts too much. To do that, he’d have to let the guests actually START talking. At the beginning of each segment, he announces the names on the panel, and then immediately he starts talking. And keeps talking. And keeps talking. By the time the first person gets a question from Sean, there are about 20 seconds remaining.
>>WOW, for someone that got tiered of them long ago you sure know a lot about where and what they are up to.<<
Thank you for making my point! You dont even have to listen to know eaactly what they are yakking about today and everyday.
What is CTH?
Sign up for a Rush 24/7 membership. each day’s ditto cam shows are archived for future viewing for quite a while.
Hahaha - you’re right! After his mini-monologue before every guest, he asks them to basically confirm what he’s said and gives them about 20 seconds to do so. lol plus he has to throw in a “joke” about himself.....”If I did this, do you think I would get a pass? Do you think you could get me out of jail?” Imagine how much better his show would be if it were about the guests?
>I think hes helping the president with strategy.
More like the President’s legal defense team has a brain trust assisting with strategy. Rush, of course, is participating with half his brain tied behind his back, just to make it fair.
Excellent analysis and steadfast POTUS support.

You are SO correct. I can’t watch him anymore.
But, with both Rush and Hannity absent today, I wonder if something big is going down tomorrow. Arrests? Indictments?
He gets bored like anyone else and needs time off.
“with both Rush and Hannity absent today, I wonder if something big is going down tomorrow.”
I’m thinking something more along the line that the rumored new conservative start-up media outlet might be coming sooner rather than later.
I’m probably totally wrong, but ...
The Levin and Steyn spat is because Levin is part of The Blaze Network team; The Blaze nagged Steyn to do a show for them which Steyn really didnt want to do. Steyns contract required The Blaze to do certain things which The Blaze was unable to provide. After a period of time, Steyn basically quit and sued The Blaze for about $8 million. Steyn won the lawsuit and also got attorney fees.
I dont know if Levin has a financial interest in The Blaze, but I suspect he did/does based on his reaction to Steyn winning his lawsuit.
I think you’re right. I think he’s meeting with Trump today.
” After a period of time, Steyn basically quit and sued The Blaze for about $8 million.”
It was before CRTV merged with Blaze and it was the other way around.
Started out with Cary Katz, the (sleazeball) founder of CRTV, suing Steyn for $10M. Steyn counter-sued and won. Sleazeball Katz tried to game the court system to prevent Steyn from collecting. Conrad Black tells all about it here:
