The problem with these articles is they don’t name the rats. Who owns or rents the warehouse? The local government or a private owner? Who knew but was silent? Nail them all.

Local politician goes to gummint
Gummint extracts from warehouse
Locals are placated
Local politician is hailed as a “red tape buster”
State gummint has more compliant local politician.
Locals get bottled water
Gummint jobs are saved
Vote Democrat!
