The Justice Department reversed its prior recommendation and asked that General Flynn be incarcerated for up to 6 months.
The DOJ previously asked for no jail time.
The DOJ is now accusing Flynn of being uncooperative and failing to accept responsibility for his “serious” offense.
The judge previously set Flynn’s sentencing date for January 28 after rejecting Sidney Powell’s request for Brady Material.

Michael Flynn has been a target of the Obama administration since before he even met Donald Trump. He was a critic of the IC and was preparing to eliminate much of the swamp creatures once Trump was inaugurated.
His “crime” was an illegal perjury trap set up by FBI agents who had wire tapped his conversation with Kyslyak and already knew what he said before they started questioning him. Even then, the agents believed he was telling the truth at the time but Mueller ignored this exculpatory evidence and prosecuted him anyway.
This has been a malicious prosecution since the beginning and Mueller should be indicted for abuse of office by extorting Flynn’s plea in return for not destroying his son. Read Lee Smith’s book, “The Plot Against the President” to understand the magnitude of this gross injustice.
If Gen. Flynn spends one second in prison for this AG Barr should literally fire everyone in the DOJ involved and indict them all for abuse of office.

They wouldn’t let him withdraw the plea.
I believe his plea waived his right to appeal.
I’m beginning to think Barr is just a snake. Doing the bare minimum for Trump but in reality covering for the slime.
I came to that conclusion after Barr allowed Horowitz to work bankers hours and delayed his toothless administrative report for nearly a year. When Barr punted the Durham Report until the summer it should have been clear to even the hardest core sunshine pumper that the Barr DOJ has exactly zero interest in prosecuting criminal Democrats to the benefit of Donald J. Trump. The contraast between the slow walking Barr and the rapid speed of Mueller’s angry Democrats as they assaulted President Trump and his supporters could not be greater.

Where are the charges against the FBI agents involved in the FISA Fraud?
I say everyone goes free until justice in that case is served!
I pray every night that the people responsible for all of this are held accountable in this lifetime, not just the next.

Or maybe Barr is not in charge? There was a recent story about six (!) DOJ and State lawyers showing up in court to fight a Judicial WAtch FOIA request.
