And still no word on the name of the shooter?
I had heard the hero has a firearms training business. You can bet his stock just skyrocketed. And rightly so.
Crazy recently stopped taking his medication. Long criminal history including weapons charges. The only thing the church ever did to him was give him food and decline to give him money

Keith Thomas Kinnuen.
The attacker has been identified, as has the defending shooter.
The attacker was Keith Thomas Kinnunen, 43.
The successful armed defender’s name is Jack WILSON, not Watson.
Notice they waited to release his name until they were sure about his social history. It would seem he has no social history which is unusual. I doubt there are very many babies in Bulgaria with no social history.
You really do have to give credit to Wilson. I would bet $100 with about a 50% expectation I could make that shot at the range. In those conditions I wouldnt bet on putting a round into the wall behind him.
You are correct. Thanks for pointing it out.
It is a weird error, because I know his name is Wilson!
Early on, I heard it as Watson, but I know that is not his name.
Weird brain-bumble on my part.
The media keeps referring to the church member who saved a lot of lives as “church security” as if he were hired by the church...
They refuse to admit he was an attendee at the church and lawfully carried...
Not long before this happened, a democrat in the Texas legislature complained about Texas passing a law to allow citizens to carry while in church...
Wonder what he has to say now???
Training takes over.
It was a good shot.
At the range, I could do it all day, a decade ago.
Now...Probably could still reliably do it.
I need to practice more. For the last month have been doing a couple of hundred rounds of dry-fire a day...
Not anymore he doesnt.
Biden wants to ban guns in churches; right, that’ll stop it.
Notice in the photo above that one member near to the attacker is standing up. By standing up she could have been shot accidentally by the armed congregant.
I always took my rifles more seriously when I was shooting. Although I shot a couple matches a month for several years firing over a thousand rounds a month I always looked at those as being fun outings but my pursuit of High Master was an obsession.
Yeah, and these communist punks of the leftist Dimocommunist party want to take away our guns!! How many unarmed and defenseless people would be dead today if these folks had not come to the defense of their church?? How many, perhaps dozens, who the hell knows!!?? We have many armed men in our church every Sunday. Someone comes in our church and starts blasting away, he will get lead poisoning because at least a dozen of us are armed. Up in the balcony area, where our sound system guy is, he has a big screen TV with which he can see outside, all around the church, the parking lots, all the doors, etc., and he can see some approaching the doors and know if they are a regular person here. We are not a huge church so he can tell who is a member and who is not. My trusty Glock 40 cal is in my bag that I carry my notebook, Bible, extra mags, pens, Sunday school book, etc. I carry mags so that I will not run out if I need them. Man, I might fire off my initial 12 shots and need to shoot more, if there are more than one. We will defend ourselves. We are not going to be lambs to the slaughter at the hands of a Christian hating leftist.
Coincidentally, I was doing some IDPA shooting on Saturday. One of the lanes had ten 8 steel plate targets set on posts at about 40.
I dont consider myself a good shot and managed to hit all of them except one on the first shot.
Of course the stress level was hundreds of times less.
Im in no way diminishing the bravery of Wilson and the other church men, just the coincidence of distance head shots.
