Mr. President, please pardon General Mike Flynn!
Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan on Monday rejected Sidney Powell’s request for additional Brady Material and announced Flynn will be sentenced on January 28.
General Flynn was railroaded by the Deep State, FBI and crooked Mueller team — he has spent an exorbitant amount of money defending himself.
The FBI ambushed Flynn at the White House during the Trump transition and altered the 302 FBI reports from the ambush interview.
Flynn didn’t even have his lawyer with him because the FBI didn’t inform him that he was being targeted.
Powell added, “Mr. Flynn is entitled to this information under Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 87 (1963).
Joseph Mifsud, a Maltese professor, was also used by the Deep State to set up Trump’s former foreign policy campaign advisor George Papadopoulos.
US Attorney General Bill Barr and US Attorney from Connecticut John Durham better get to the bottom of exactly who Joseph Mifsud is and how the US government used him to take down Trump and his associates, including General Flynn.

Hopefully, the sentence will be “time served”.
Flynn will still wind up a convicted felon. Where is the fairness in that? If he was being coerced by Comey, et.al. threats to go after family members the case should have been thrown out by the judge as soon as this fact came to light. This is not an acceptable way to treat someone with a record like his.
Why is Barr covering for the government?
How do you figure that Barr has any say in what Sullivan chooses to do?
He has a sayi in what prosecutors say or do. The judge would defer to them saying they would release everything. Even better, Barr could direct the dismissal of charges because of prosecutor misconduct.

In this country, judges make the law.
It has to change, but it really is that simple.

Because he already plead guilty. Getting that overturned or extended is rare. Getting a guilty plea overturned on appeal is equally rare.
Take the hit, get the pardon, get the pension back, and call it a day.
Sullivan made it clear that he doesn’t care if there is evidence that could exonerate Flynn. If he did he would have granted Powell’s Brady demand.
So Barr could release videos of Strzok plotting to set up Flynn and it would make no difference because Sullivan isn’t going to admit any new evidence.
Sullivan has been ready to sentence Flynn since December 18th of last year. People have been assuming that Sullivan has delayed sentencing because he thought that Flynn may have been railroaded, but that’s not the case at all. If it was Sullivan would have demanded that the Brady material be produced.
Maybe Flynn can appeal.

Actually the system did work, just not the outcome we wanted.
I'm about 85% convinced that it's because Barr is there at make us think something could still happen to bring us justice so we all sit politely and wait while the deep state burns all their files. He makes lots of noise, says lots of the right things. But whenever he has a chance to actually do something for real, he does the wrong thing. He's there just for show.
