I like to think I’m more of an optimist rather than a pessimist.
But I don’t believe for one second this IG Report will amount to a hill of beans. Will anyone go to jail? Even be indicted or charged?
Hell no.

She’s truly “deluged”, all right.

>>>As we have repeatedly pointed out, Mr. Horowitzs job is to investigate and provide cover for the bureaucracy that pays his salary.
I don’t recall that being the case. It seems to me that all the rightwing blogs have been writing different versions of the same story under different headlines for months. Nearly all suggested the Horowitz release would be devestating to the Dems and the Deep State.

I like to think Im more of an optimist rather than a pessimist.I have absolutely no intention to flame you, I'm just curious; since the end of the Reagan presidency, what has given you a sense of optimism, save for DJT who is largely fighting global corruption single handed?
To: EyesOfTX
That is it, in a nutshell.
Don’t hold your breath. When the same IG, knowing that McCabe lied multiple times, says that he ‘lacked candor’, that’s a pretty good indicator that nothing is going to happen.
Hope I’m wrong, but I doubt it. They’re better than us and immune from everything because we allow it. No other reason.
Peter Strzoks and Lisa Pages of the world.........in this instance, I don’t think these two are low hanging fruit. They may not be in the same club as Comey, Clapper, Yates and Brennan, but I’m thinking this whole criminal enterprise was their way of showing their allegiance to Hydra and becoming a member. Or so they may have thought.
Someone like this Clinesmith guy is the low hanging fruit. He probably knows just enough to get himself in trouble, but not much else. He’s the low-level person that they might go after.

There is one thing Washington can do with remarkable efficiency: Set a narrative before something actually happens.

Good question. I generally reserve my optimism for non-political and non-government events and instances.

In the eyes of The Swamp there is no crime if the victims are Donald J. Trump and/or his supporters. It’s that simple, really.

Of course it wont. Thats exactly why hopes of actual justice being done should be low. The elites are immune.

Try typing into Google Spygate and the names of the people involved with it, and they don’t autofill.

Huber isn’t “still out there”. Barr has been quoted as saying that he pulled Huber off the case.

I have absolutely no intention to flame you, I'm just curious; since the end of the Reagan presidency, what has given you a sense of optimism, save for DJT who is largely fighting global corruption single handed? OK,not addressed to me, but I will play:
- Fall of the Soviet Union under GW Bush
- Destruction of the Berlin Wall under GW Bush
- Liberation of the captive nations of Poland, Lithuania, Lativia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, etc.
- Brexit
- Election of PIS party in Poland, for over a decade now
- Election of Victor Orban in Hungary
- Election of right-wing populist in Austria
- Election of right wing coalition in Italy
- fall of Labor Party in after Tony Blair, in UK
- Finding and killing Osama Bin Laden
- The Tea Party Movement of circa 2009/10
- Sarah Palin's run for VP in 2008.
- The primary-ing of many RINOs since then, with Eric Cantor as my personal favorite trophy
- Rise of alternate media circa 2008-to-present (OANN, American Greatness, various web channels)
- Obama's "shellacking" as GOP wins House by biggest margin since the 1930s. 2010
- America's continuing love affair with the AR-15 rifle.
- Spread of "right to carry laws" across the USA 2000-current year
- Destruction of the Neo-Cons (Trump deserves some of the credit for this, but others have worked longer and harder to achieve it).
