Good move. Now do CNN and the New York Times and the Washington Post and Trump Campaign Chairman Brad Parscale announced on Monday that the campaign would no longer be offering press credentials to anyone representing Bloomberg News. That inevitable move labeled as surprising by many corrupt media outlets comes after an internal memo written by Bloomberg News editor-in-chief John Micklethwait announced that the outlet would continue its tradition of not investigating Mike (and his family and foundation) and we will extend the same policy to his rivals in the Democratic primaries.
So, Bloomberg News desperately wants to be considered a news outlet, yet its own Editor-in-Chief proudly boasts to his staff that it is in fact a campaign tool for its owner and his opponents in the Democrat presidential primary. In other words, Bloomberg is just another CNN, NYTimes, WaPo, MSNBC and on and on and on. The sad part of that is that Bloomberg actually does a fine job of business reporting, and if it had just stuck to that mission, this reputational black eye would have never come about.
The only really surprising thing about this move is that the Trump Campaigns action hasnt been followed or frankly, led by a similar action being taken by the White House press team. Why should a self-admitted propaganda outlet for a Democrat Party that has changed its mission from governing to attempting a never-ending coup detat effort be allowed on the grounds of the White House? It makes no sense, just as it makes no sense that Jim Acosta still holds a press pass and John Brennan still maintains his security clearance. You might as well be wheeling a Trojan Horse through the White House gates.
Here is the text of Parscales press release announcing the campaigns decision:
The decision by Bloomberg News to formalize preferential reporting policies is troubling and wrong.
Bloomberg News has declared that they wont investigate their boss or his Democrat competitors, many of whom are current holders of high office, but will continue critical reporting on President Trump. As President Trumps campaign, we are accustomed to unfair reporting practices, but most news organizations dont announce their biases so publicly. Presented with this new policy from Bloomberg News, our campaign was forced to determine how to proceed.
Since they have declared their bias openly, the Trump Campaign will no longer credential representatives of Bloomberg News for rallies or other campaign events. We will determine whether to engage with individual reporters or answer inquiries from Bloomberg News on a case-by-case basis. This will remain the policy of the Trump campaign until Bloomberg News publicly rescinds its decision.
Here is the key sentence from that release: As President Trumps campaign, we are accustomed to unfair reporting practices, but most news organizations dont announce their biases so publicly. While it is true that Bloombergs internal memo is an especially egregious admission of journalistic bias, the reality is that we have seen similar admissions of toadying to the Democrat daily narrative by CNN, the New York Times and other major outlets. Sure, the policies havent been formalized, but how does John Micklethwait differ from multiple leaked memos weve seen from Dean Baquet at the Times and Jeff Zucker at CNN?
Its exactly the same thing.
So yeah, the singling out of Bloomberg for this form of banishment from access to the Presidents re-election campaign is a little surprising, but only because similar action wasnt taken across a broad spectrum of utterly corrupt propaganda outlets.
A pox on all their houses.
That is all.
The White House should not issue press credentials to any news organization that opposes the administrations agenda.
CNN is Trump’s whipping boy. They serve him by playing directly into his strategy.
Its exactly the same thing.
No, it very clearly is not "the exact same thing", which the writer obviously knows because he just got done describing how this is different. In this case, a bright line bias (absolutely no coverage of Democrats) was established by Bloomberg. There are no facts, interpretations, or spin to confuse the issue. It's an easy call that doesn't lead down a slippery slope into constant arguments about which news organizations should be given credentials, and which ones shouldn't.
And the beat goes on

The Trump campaign denied press credentials to Bloomberg News; it has a point
Bloomberg News took themselves out
people actually WATCH Bloomy, not so much CNN. That’s why.
Bloomberg news has the Am 960 radio station here in the San Francisco Bay area and Ive had it for a couple of years now
Typical of the main stream media nearly 100% of their reporting winners non-financial reporting is anti-trump
The only time I really listen is Sunday mornings they re-broadcast the Sunday shows at 9:10 and 11 and then 1-3 and its fun to listen to the banter without having to discuss myself with ever watching it
Kudos to parscale to finally calling them on their crap
Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.
Why not BSDNC???
Because it’s BLOOMBERG? As in, Mike Bloomberg, presidential candidate?
Duh.
