In an stunning development, Ranking Member Devin Nunes invokes an obscure House rule that appears to allow Republicans to schedule a special hearing and call any witness.
The Minority Witness Rule states:
When a House committee or subcommittee holds a hearing, the minority party members of the panel have the right to call witnesses of their choosing to testify on at least one day of that hearing.

Bravo, Mr. Nunes!
oops ,looks like Nancy forgot to change/remove this one ,LOL
If Schiff caves the networks won’t broadcast.
Don’t worry. The intelligence committee is exempt because they have to do SECRET stuff. Those rules are for normal committees. (/s)
Skidoooosh!
Schitt-eating Schiffstorm will try to rule it out of order.
The Republicans are on double secret probation
And their questions will be blocked
I believe Nunes translates to “one with large testicles, not afraid to use them”.
WTG, Mr. Nunes.
SCHIFF: In accordance with the Minority Witness Rules, I agree that you can call up to five black people to testify next Wednesday. :-P
what course of action do they have when the left refuse to obey the rule?
Are never Trump Hussein Heads tired of missing their soaps yet?
Sounds like Nunes is stepping up.
Good on him!
Depending on who he want to call, i.e. Biden, his kid, or any of the Democrats, the witness won't be showing.
also won’t do any good as none of the called witnesses will even bother to show up-
WOW COOL
Won’t happen. Schiff will ignore the request or Pelosi will have her caucus vote to remove that rule. It’s merely an overlooked step by the kangaroo court.
Would Eric Ciaramella make the minority witness list?
It wouldn’t surprise me if Hunter Biden is called in.
If Nunes really wants to have fun, he should request testimony from two guards that worked in a federal prison in NYC.
