Ukrainian Officials Release Records of 46 Payments to Hunter Biden from Burisma Holdings, 38 Payments were for $83,333 Totaling Over $3.1 Million

New memos released last week reveal Burisma Holdings, Hunter Biden’s Ukrainian natural gas company, pressured the Obama State Department to help end the corruption investigation during the 2016 election cycle just one month before then-Vice President Joe Biden forced Ukraine to fire Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor probing his son Hunter.

Joe Biden bragged about getting Viktor Shokin fired during a 2018 speech to the Council on Foreign Relations. The media immediately covered for Biden and said his targeting of Mr. Shokin was totally unrelated to the prosecutor’s corruption investigation into Hunter and Burisma Holdings.

New memos released because of a FOIA lawsuit filed by award-winning investigative reporter John Solomon show Burisma Holdings contacted the Obama State Department several times during the 2016 election to discuss ending the probe. In fact, Burisma Holdings actually name-dropped Hunter Biden when requesting help from the State Department. According to CD Media last week former Ukrainian official Oleksandr Onyshchenko said Hunter Biden was receiving “off the books” payments from Burisma in the millions. On Tuesday CD Media posted leaked records of payments to Hunter Biden from Burisma Holdings totaling millions.

The disingenuous of it all. Can you imagine the screaming headlines if this were Don Jr. and the president strong-armed the Ukrainians to fire the prosecutor? The Dimms really have NO shame. That’s their only super power.

38 Payments were for $83,333

As another FReeper pointed out on another thread and which I am not ashamed for stealing, if you multiply 83,333 times 12 (which is how many months there are in a year)(that's for the benefit of any Greta Thunberg fans that might be lurking), you come up with $999,996. Just 4 dollars short of a million dollars.

Which begs the question, is there something magical about that number, 1 million?

For instance, tax consequences, reporting responsibilities, etc.

Is this what Gropin' Joe is hanging his hat on when he says, "My son did nothing wrong!"?

If he had made just 4 measly dollars more then he WOULD have been doing something wrong?

Wondering for a friend.

And Epstein didn't kill himself.

What's this "NATO" reference. Ukraine is NOT a member of NATO.

Looks like what I have been saying...These damn ambassadors think they make policy.

It's OK for Democrats to get bribes consulting fees like this because, unlike Republicans, Democrats are good people.

A $3M payment from a Ukrainian company to the son of the (at that time) Vice President of the United States? That is the sort of potential corruption that a responsible President of the United States would insist that the Ukrainian government look into.

“Just 4 dollars short of a million dollars.

Actually the payments were $83,333 and 33 cents. Multiply 33 cents times 12 and you get $3.96 of your missing 4 dollars. The other missing four cents are simply due to rounding off the rest of the infinite “3”s beyond 2 decimal points.

Good question.

Like the way they tried to set up George Papadopoulos by having one of their agents just “give” him $10,000 while he was vacationing in Greece with his Fiance as a retainer for future services.

Papadopoulos has made mistakes, no doubt, but he DID make a smart move by putting that $10,000 in cash into the custody of lawyer in Greece before he came back to the USA.

And a damn good thing he did. Federal agents intercepted him at Dulles when he landed on his return trip. They hustled him into a back room and were rummaging through his luggage, becoming more and more frustrated when they realized there was no $10,000 in cash to be seen.

You have to declare $10,000 or more in cash at customs, and they were hoping to frame him with a process crime. When they didn’t find the money, the FBI agents arrested him on a “probable cause” (EXTREMELY rare for federal agents to do) transported him in wrist and leg manacles to prison and kept him in jail overnight.

Good God, does that make my blood boil with fury. Our own government trying to set up a citizen for political purposes.

So, your question about a million dollars...that may be a very pointed question indeed, and a very good one to pose.

IS there something about that amount where they made a deliberate effort to be under it for a 12 month period?

Very trenchant observance, Texas Eagle.

Both Bidens are low life scumbags. The older Biden is a mentally feeble and unstable grifter, and the son is a low moral value, drug abusing, influence peddling outright crook. Doesn’t speak Ukrainian. Doesn’t know squat about energy issues. Is fundamentally a dumb ass, but...gets $83K a month.

Scum.

“to the son of the (at that time) Vice President of the United States?”

Not just the VP, but a VP that was the “point man” on Ukraine specifically and made many visits there...

Don't know why, but it reminded me of the movie "Trading Places" where Dan Ackroyd in the Santa Suit is trying to set up Eddie Murphy's character:

WINTHORPE: "Look, his office drawer, he's got all the bad drugs here! Valium, yellow ones, red ones, cocaine grinder, drug needles! He's the pusher, not me!"

The Taxpayers of The United States provided the hard earned tax dollars used to pay Vice President Joe Biden.

That was our money used to pay him to do our work.

We didn’t pay him to extort money from foreign countries for himself and his dipstick son.

That is theft.

Biden stole our tax dollars to make him and his kid some illegal money.
