if you have been paying attention, this was an obvious action by the socialists in California.
First put onerous regulations on the Utility Companies, then when the wildfires happen and burn down hundreds of homes, the legal damages cause the Utility Companies to go bankrupt resulting in Government run Utility Companies....which putting the Government in the business of owning utility companies will solve all the problems.
That’s not how bankruptcy works. Shame on Fox Business News.
Cost of electricity will quadruple and brownouts/blackouts will become the norm for Kalifornians. And that’s just the first year.
So, first Gavin re-allocates (Steals) money for the DMV tax to repairs roads and shifts it over to the High Speed Rail, now he is going to take over PG&E? We are going to become just like Venezuela soon
Really wanna see PG&E run by state employees?
And contractors made rich by connections to politicians?
Wanna see how they handle insurance and legal claims?

The state already has people to run PG&E. There are a lot of people standing around DMV offices with their finger up their asses. A lateral move is in order.

Under Bankruptcy PG&E is under the control of a federal bankruptcy judge (9th circuit). If the judge says sell the company to the state then it is sold to the state.
