They can then change their name to the Communist Basketball Association, the CBA. Could also stand for China Basketball Association.
Or, how about the CCBA, China's Communist Basketball Association?
Or, they could just stick with the ABA, the Asshole Basketball Association.

Not a fan of basketball ever. But if I were I would never watch an NBA game. (Stopped watching NFL for the past few years and I was a football fan).

I use to be a NFL fanatic watching every game I could and betting as well for fun with relatives and friends. Ever since the National anthem kneeling I haven’t watched a single game since. Just cut it right off, flat out hardcore cold turkey outta there.
I used to be a Knicks fan. Back in the days of Walt Frazier, Willis Reed, Earl the Pearl Monroe, Cazzie Russel, Dollar Bill Bradley (before he became a US Senator from NJ). But, like the NFL overpaid crybabies with their social justice wokeness crap turned me off.
The NBA and the murderous Chinese govt... There’s not an ounce of decency in either of them. Birds of a feather.

You have to remember that the NBA has turned into a sport of goons.
Like hockey, Basketball was once a game of finesse and has been turned into a game of violence with nothing but throwing around bodies, three point shots, and dunks. The rules have slowly been changed to allow this brutality and have created penalties and get out of jail free locations like the arc under the basket that was literally created so the driving offensive player could not be called for a charging foul. And the defensive player could be called for a FOUL at certain parts of the game and who it is. That is not talked about but if the best player on the home team fouls out mid fourth quarter, ten thousand people head right past the refreshment counters, souvenir stands, and the pro shop on their way to the car....game over.
And what’s even worse, this expected style of play has leaked down into college and high school levels without the proper coaching, training, or equipment to prepare and maintain their bodies for this type of hammering.
And it wasn’t until the women came up with large enough women willing to throw punches and a couple to dunk, that the WNBA seemed to garnish enough support to stay afloat.
This isn’t basketball, it’s football on hardwood. And the quality or intelligence level of these animals in way too many cases produces this type of un-experienced opening of pie hole and saying things that are just....plain....stupid! And having one of their “leaders” that seems to think he’s a psychologist able to determine behavior from stupidity step forward claiming the tweeter didn’t know what he was talking about, is close to redundant.

Spurs coach is leading the way. He wants to be the commissioner of the CBA. It is a shame that he is affiliated with the Air Force Academy and Team USA basketball.
When he first got the job as coach of the spurs, I used to go to his weekly show at the sports bar by my Mom’s hospital. He and Tommy Lee Jones have more craters on their face than 10 of our moons. It was a good thing that it was a radio show, cuz Pop has a face for radio.
