They'd have to impeach Pence and Trump simultaneously in order to avoid whichever one is impeached second naming his own VP beforehand, avoiding the line of succession that seats President Pelosi... It's a nice proggie wet dream until you consider it's also the coup d'etat that makes the civil war go hot.
