Fort Collins, Colorado, decided not to continue its challenge to a federal court’s decision that a ban on going topless in the city amounts to unconstitutional discrimination, NBC News reported.
The city had argued that a repeal of the ban would lead to women “parading in front of elementary schools or swimming topless in the public pool,” according to the report.
The city decided not to appeal the decision this month after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on the legal battle already, NBC reported.
The decision to not move forward with the appeal effectively legalizes the practice in the six states covered by the 10th Circuit court, according to the report.
Women will now be able to go topless in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah and Wyoming because of the decision.
So now men are being provoked even more. And when this doesn’t work they will remove their bottom until men notice make remarks or advances so they can be Brought to trial and sued

I am no prude but womankind is slowly being destroyed by nasty women. Generally,the fugly women are ruining things. I was in central park during a steamy weekend thinking the women would be going topless. I saw not one topless woman. A couple thong women but that was it.

Vermont has a lot of "swimming holes" in rivers and streams.
In a collateral ruling, the 10th Circuit said that henceforth, all men must look women in the eyes, only.

FWIW, I even drove that diagonal US highway northeast bound during our honeymoon in early March 1984. Spent the night in Guymon. My wife snapped a picture of me outdoors in a t-shirt which is still in our wedding album. I don't think that is exactly the banana belt of Oklahoma, is it?
Are you counting auto accidents caused by men looking at topless women driving? The mere sight of them has been documented to have, at least temporarily, to have turned the brains of normal men into mush.
No way it’s nearly that cold. I was going in the direction that the winters are pretty darn cold in OK as well.
One of my wife’s relatives went to college in Wyoming and taunted us about being colder than Minnesota, quoting that air temp. (I think where they were, was in a local depression in the Mountains, so the cold air gets trapped.)
We were on the beach in San Diego area many years ago. There was a young flat chested woman with boyish looks and VERY short hair there sunning on a towel all day... Now this was between 1988 and 1990 when we were living in SO Cal the first time. No one noticed her, no one cared. (Now homeless can also be nude in SF and LA so topless would be no big deal. This gal, topless, was no big deal, looked like a young dude. After many hours cops or beach patrol stopped by and told her to put on a top. She refused. She told them she had been there all day, topless. It was so funny. She didn’t bother anyone. She argued with patrol for quite a while then packed up and moved on. I had so many nude models in my college art classes, it is just no big deal to see a hand, a foot, a tit, an ear, a buttock, etc.
Kinda what I was thinking. When you see a nude or semi nude at the beach, it ain’t the one you wanna see! LOL Spent 2 1/2 weeks in Brazil in 2000. No one is uptight about their body in Brazil, or Italy, France or Holland or Germany, etc. My friend in Brazil lived close to the ocean so we saw ppl headed to the beach every day. Fat old tubby men with big bellies spilling out over their Speedo. Women barely covered at all. I HAVE to cover up, pasty white skin, the sun fries me....
But look at old photos or watch old movies. Women used to have to cover up like a Muslim. Tight collar, long skirt to the floor, long sleeves. And that is how my momma used to dress as a kid. And no make up, no hair cutting. When she turned 18 she moved into town with her married sister, cut her hair, bought make up, bought modern clothes. I cannot imagine wearing all those heavy clothes before AC. Just saw the new movie DOWNTON ABBEY. I am always too warm in T shirt and shorts. Those (beautiful) clothes they wore had to be so hot in the summer, no fans or AC. Growing up in Okla I always saw women whipping out a breast to nurse a brat. Now those were huge milkers. But that is ALL they are, just MILKERS. They are not sex objects or sexual in ANY way.
