The White House is preparing to release to Congress by the end of the week both the whistleblower complaint and the Inspector General report that are at the center of House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry, according to a senior administration official, reversing its position after withholding the documents from lawmakers.
The move shows the level of seriousness with which the administration is now approaching the House‘s new impeachment proceedings, even as President Donald Trump publicly tries to minimize the inquiry as a “witch hunt” or “presidential harassment,” or a move that will help him win his 2020 reelection campaign.
The administration official stressed the decision and timing could change over the next few days, but as of Tuesday evening the White House was planning to hand over the documents to lawmakers on Capitol Hill. The president has agreed to this move, the official added.
A White House spokesman did not respond to a request for comment.

At this point, I don't think the media knows exactly what the WH is releasing, because they never seem to be able to get the actual facts straight.

Biden is and was a private citizen.
The President can seek to investigate if a private citizen is a threat.
If Trump has not stated this on Twitter I don’t believe!
And the Biden Story is old news. Hillary used it to keep Biden out of the 2016 run.
From what I’ve heard, the Ukraine’s been trying to get this info to Trump through the State Dept. and the DOJ and the bureaucracy covers it up. I bet during this call the Ukrainian just goes ahead and tells him all the corrupt crap Biden did.

I’m predicting that he won’t testify and he’s packing his bags as we speak.

For most of the afternoon up to the time Pelosi spoke, it WAS the phone call transcript so now it’s EVOLVED into the the report. EVOLVED - a demon-rat favorite word.
This is going to be fun/interesting. Even when the demon-rats end up with egg all over their faces and being served crow for lunch, they will not STOP! Thursday is supposed to be an open hearing with the DNI (?) in front of what committee I can’t imagine but I WILL BE TUNED IN...so I can get my heart racing!
These people don’t even bother with evidence or a trial, just proceed to the punishment phase...Our minds are already made up. Everyone tonight was saying how foolish they look when they talk about something that NO ONE knows anything about or what took place and yet it never phases them; jumping off a cliff - cart before the horse and they smile in front of the cameras. President Trump to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky:
“I am temporarily withholding military funds for two reasons:
Number one, I am in talks with our European Allies regarding paying their fair share of funds earmarked for Ukraine’s defense, and
Number two, I need to have assurances that the rampant corruption reported in the past has been addressed and is under control.”
Zelensky to President Trump:
“Mr. President, I understand but regarding assurances of our anti-corruption efforts, would that include the former US Vice-President and his son?”
President Trump:
“President Zelensky, there are ongoing investigations that can’t be discussed over the phone. I need your assurance that the military defense funds provided will be used only for the purposes intended.”
President Zelensky:
“Mr. President, I give you my complete assurance the funds provided will be used only for the purposes specified in our agreement, but please understand Mr. President that Ukraine has suffered greatly at the hands of unscrupulous persons, some who are Americans of high office or connection. I look forward to discussing with you in the near future Ukraine’s plan to recover related losses from such persons.”

It’s more than obvious from the above plausible example that this President Trump should be impeached. He is colluding with a foreign entity against his political opponent. (/sarc)
