Let's be honest, we need Joe Biden to stay in the race, for the entertainment value alone.
That being a given, Joe needs a boost and what better boost than a new theme song. So, here is my suggestion:
Uncle Joe is becoming senile and his dentures are nearly falling out. He has not aged well unlike the president who is thriving in the Oval Office. Time to find Uncle Joe a retirement home!

I am a caregiver for my father, and it would break my heart to see that happening to him...(and the rest of the family - see a beloved one dissapearing mentally, forgetting his name etc.
Thankfully there is no family history for that.

As far as I’m concerned, he can be the poster child for a remake of “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?” Just as used up and probably just as many skeletons in the closet.
you are most fortunate, I lost my mother and aunt to Alzheimer’s in 2017 and 2013 respectively. It is the most miserable and painful thing to watch. You can see the recognition in their eyes (early stages) but they just cannot find your name in their memories. Terrible.

My family tend to use just the old heart attack method and many dying on post working the fields etc or out fishing in old age.
Anyhow, I do not think they can choose Biden anymore...

I agree, Biden is far too gone mentally but he was the most “normal” of them all politically which worries me greatly.
My aunt developed Alzheimer’s directly but the doctors believe that my mother developed it after having an allergic reaction to interferon (treatment for non-pigmented melanoma) after just the first treatment. It cured the cancer (she lived 17 years after) but the reaction caused prolonged severe dehydration which the docs believe triggered her Alzheimer’s.
I will cross over and vote in the Dem caucus for him here in Iowa.
