We just heard from NASCAR on a number of gun related ads and unfortunately, due a gradual shift in NASCARs position on guns, these ads must be edited/changed especially those that are depicted as assault-style rifles/sniper rifles. NASCAR is still open to some of the less controversial gun accessories, concealed carry, or classes.

NASCAR suits have been drifting ever leftward for several years now. If you do some research it actually began quite some time ago. They have been very stealthy about it. Very small changes in their former positions. They have been using the, Boil the Frog Slowly approach to their ever leftward march. Hoping the Rubes won’t notice.

NASCAR has gone corporate.
Willing to bet they have an office of diversity and inclusiveness.

This should be a PERFECT time to get some psychos on the left to open their eyes about guns.
Just ask them “if you’re so terrified about Trump and what he may do, how would you fight soldiers and other officials who come to arrest you based on your political beliefs?”
Yeah I know they would give one of a dozen stupid answers, but at least we’d get to see what they say.

Problem is the fans are too weak and whipped to stand up, make a point, and give them the finger for rolling over. They will just bend over and continue to support allowing themselves to slowly be painted blue.
At some point we need to either stand on strong conviction or bend to weak addiction.

behind the scenes these sicko perverts are pressuring stores, companies, etc to accept them

Local tracks not affiliated with NASCAR are fun to visit, as long as any special NASCAR events at those tracks are avoided.

You can tell by their ads that NASCAR is marketing to a new audience, trying to shed its former good-old-boy image, but judging by all the empty seats, it isn’t working. This is just one more capitulation that will drive away its old audience. I was never a huge NASCAR fan, but I used to tune in to at least part of a dozen or more races; now it’s down to about one or two. The “chase” makes my head spin - I still don’t get it.

I wonder of they received a few million fake social media comments and panicked?

"K-Var, a well respected figure in the firearms industry, opted to advertise, as did at least 16 other manufacturers or retailers including CZ-USA, Beretta, Daniel Defense, and others. The deadline to have artwork submitted for approval was April 19, 2019. Then, on August 19, 2019 (four months later) K-Var was contacted by National Event Publications with the following message:
