A federal appeals court has temporarily lifted a nationwide injunction against President Donald Trump’s effort to deny asylum to immigrants who enter the U.S. after passing through another country.
Acting at the request of the Trump administration, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals issued an administrative stay Tuesday night that put on hold the injunction issued Monday by San Francisco-based U.S. District Court Judge Jon Tigar.
The temporary hold implemented while the appeals court considers a longer stay essentially restores the legal situation that existed prior to this week, with Trump’s policy blocked only in the Ninth Circuit, which includes the border regions of California and Arizona.

This may push the issue to the Supreme Court.
They need to rule to stop this policy veto by district judges. No president can conduct policy when any of hundreds of political opponents can stop his policy for an indeterminante amount of time.
It is as if there were hundreds of of fiefdoms scattered across the nation, the dictator of each which has a veto over Presidential decisions.
Is this on its way to SCOTUS yet?
I believe Barr has stepped up on this issue of one Federal Judge ruling for the entire nation.

He may not have appointed many, but those he did are extreme American hating radicals, like him.
He went directly against the Ninth Circuit; they are protecting their own power.
Jon Tigar should be administratively attacked and asked to step down due to bias.
