You need an Internet hosting location for the picture first, so that a url link to the picture can be referenced in your post. That is how it is done here. You cannot directly “paste” a picture in the the text of your posts here. You can make a link to an Internet source to a picture - that’s it.
If your picture is not resident on the Internet somewhere, you’ll need to get it on the Internet. How?
