You need an Internet hosting location for the picture first, so that a url link to the picture can be referenced in your post. That is how it is done here. You cannot directly “paste” a picture in the the text of your posts here. You can make a link to an Internet source to a picture - that’s it.
If your picture is not resident on the Internet somewhere, you’ll need to get it on the Internet. How?

First, start a blog and post your pic there. Then post an excerpt of your blog here in the News forum at least daily.

Take your film to Photomat to get developed.
Once the pics have been printed, scotch tape the pic to your computer screen.
