Is there a provision in the Canadian Constitution that says that Canadians have a right to not be offended?...............

Unfortunately, as our judiciary is appointed by the gubmint, generally as directed by members of the various 'law societies' (ie: liars lawyers) rather than elected, it tends VERY left. As such, our 'Constitution' is VERY flexible! Our 'rights' only go so far as the furthest lefty judge sees fit. This leads to the 'protected classes', such as muzzloids and LGBTQUDEJSCZOGESetcs, being protected from being offended. Therefore, they require protection from Alberta, common sense, and common sense Albertans.

In Kanadahar (Orwellandia?), we are all treated equally, just that some are treated more equally than others.
