Progressives, critics, and basically all people with moral backbones and souls this week are furious at Stephen Ross the multibillionaire owner of the Miami Dolphins and the gym chains Equinox and SoulCycle, as well as an investor in many other ventures for quietly planning to host a fundraiser for Donald Trump's 2020 reelection campaign. After Dolphins receiver and civil rights activist Kenny Stills called out Ross for his garbage politics, critics have been urging people to boycott Ross' companies.
But heirs to a prominent Florida corporation have, so far, escaped the same scrutiny. According to a review of Federal Election Commission (FEC) records, multiple heirs of Publix Super Markets founder George Jenkins have sent max federal donations to Trump's 2020 campaign in the past few months.
According to FEC records, three of Jenkins' heirs, who sit on the board of the nonprofit George Jenkins Foundation, have funneled max contributions to Trump this year: Jenkins' daughter Julia Jenkins Fancelli and his grandchildren Gregory Fancelli and Leslie Fancelli Sonatori.

Waidaminute. Did the writer just say that progressives have moral backbones?
Anedotal:
My daughter in the Cayman tells me that several of her clients have maxed out their personal donations to Trump along with their corporate officers.
I knew there was a reason I love Publix
Dang. While I like the store/products, my closest Publix is small, has a cruddy parking lot, and isnt as close as Kroger, where I normally go. I may have to up my Publix game despite the inconvenience.
Yeah that was funny :)
Hey I feel the same way about companies that donate to the left.
Except my feelings don’t morph into violent, hateful acts.
In my little burg, Publix will deliver groceries for a small fee. Was it $6?
Not their fault. Its in between crops
Yep. Going to Publix after mass today.
I work for them. 21 years and going. I work in IT. They are one of the most charitable organizations in America. Food banks disasters children homeless . the list is endless. This is a hit piece. Tried to email the schmuck but pop ups prevented it.

The left is hate. Somebody should post Jerry Iannelli’s home address.
I find myself going to Publix more and more rather than Walmart Neighborhood Market. I just like it better. Gotta check the weekly ad first, though, wait for the sales. Shop smart.
Oh, and so the Miami New Times is attempting to dox Publix and its owners, huh? Do they do the same to the businesses that support any of the Dem wanna-be Prez’s?
Okay, what *is* that rag? Sheesh!
Progressives, critics, and basically all people with moral backbones and souls
A good example of the left’s feeling of moral superiority
also subliminal title
Publix heirs
Pubic Hairs.
Interesting
My thoughts
1.Great key lime pie.
2. It is less expensive to eat at Sonny’s BBQ than the Publix salad bar.
3. The “out of region” libs who believe that exposing Pubix as a Trump supporting corp is going to translate into a boycott are mustaken.
4. Lets expose the millions of taxpayers who check the dollar box for political contributions on their IRS forms.
Sorry Publix, with the exception of the key lime pie, I shop where it is more affordable. But that is only when I am in an area where Publix is located. Which is not often enough.
