Most things will go on behind closed doors between defense lawyers, prosecutors and occasionally the Judge, just as it always is with court cases. Especially will be so with this one having a lot of big names involved. Not all the big names will be guilty so they can’t let a bunch of info go public because it will ruin people.
The defense lawyers have 1 million pages to go through and declassified doesn’t mean we get to see everything. It means the lawyers do.
That being said, I do believe that in this day and age, it wouldn’t be hard to push someone over the edge who is already teetering on it.
Google/facebook have social profiles built on everyone so they can market to us. Not too much of a stretch to think that FBI has access to the same. Not too much of a stretch to think that FBI posting on the internet couldn’t push some buttons based on a psych profile that is easy to get from people’s internet postings and real life history.
