President Trump Shreds Al Sharpton Over Baltimore Trip: A Conman Who Hates Cops and Whites

President Trump responded to MSNBC host Rev. Al Sharpton saying he is headed to Baltimore, shredding the former Democratic Party candidate as a conman who hates cops and white people. Sharpton’s trip to Baltimore comes after Trump blasted Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), whose House District includes West Baltimore, for the city’s horrible living conditions. Trump in turn has been attacked by Democrats and the media with the smear “racist”.

You and me both, and I’m very proud of him that he doesn’t allow the word “racist”, which the left throws around like confetti, to scare him off from speaking the truth. Al Sharpton does hate whites and cops, that’s the plain truth, and any rational black person who would even consider voting for President Trump already knows that.

Telling the truth about a situation or an individual is what attracts blacks to Trump in the first place.

“What do you have to lose” was the line that won Trump more black voters then any other Republican in recent history.

BTW Baltimore does have a rat problem, however their elected officials would rather bash Trump then fix the problem.

Caught Chris Wallace yesterday for one segment. He totally bought in to the Trumps comments were racist when they weren’t. Why don’t they say that Cummings and the rest of them are against Trump because he’s white. This should work both ways. At least, now, the spotlight may be on Cummings district in Baltimore. Cummings and the rest of the libs in Congress are a nasty bunch and I don’t care what color their skin is. Manuchin didn’t do to well combating Chris Wallace.

Trump doesn't need to carry a majority of the black vote only increase his percentage points by 5 to 10 points. He made inroads in 2016 by asking, "what do you have to lose?"

I think he can counter the reaction that is about to come by asking, do you want to lose rats, vermin, drug epidemics, street gangs, unconscionable murder rates, graft and corruption, rotten schools? You keep the former by voting for Democrats, I delivered the jobs, now it's your turn to deliver the votes.

It's a chance, only a chance because he's campaigning not against a political philosophy but against a pathology.

Don't be so quick to agree with the democRATS and the MSM's assessment of this incident about Cummings and his filth-ridden, rat-infested home district in West Baltimore.

Even blacks in Baltimore, especially those in Cummings' district, have been quite vocal that Trump is right and Cummings is worthless as their representative in congress.

Blacks aren't stupid. They know who is helping them and who is not. After 2 decades of Cummings being in the House, they see that nothing has been done to help their situation.

But they see that Trump is calling Cummings out. They like that the president is exposing their representative and the job he hasn't done for them.

David Axelrod said that if Trump loses in 2020, it will be because of his racist comments about Cummings and Baltimore. Axelrod's still playing Obama politics. Yesterday's politics.

But Trump plays the political game as no one has ever seen it played. His economy has helped blacks achieve the lowest unemployment rate ever. He will get more black votes in 2020 than he did in 2016.

Cummings has been attacking President Trump since the night Trump was elected. Counter attacking is “wacist”? Americans need to grow a set. We’ve become a nation of wimps living on our knees.

I don’t think so, Sharpton’s ordination is invalid. All these years Sharpton has been a fake “reverend.” Someone should ask him how many baptisms, weddings and funerals he has presided over. Or whether he believes in a pre-Tribulation or post-Tribulation Rapture.

Thanks for all the insightful thoughts. My first reaction when I read this story was to agree with all of you - Cummings has done zero for his district and Trump has done amazing things for black Americans in two short years. I am hopeful that will be the case and possibly improve the black vote for Trump, but I remain doubtful as racial politics are so deeply ingrained in the US and this will be inflamed by the usual suspects as “Trump is a Racist.”

These are just the opening moves in the 2020 chess game. It is going to be quite fascinating to see how Trump doubles and triples down, the ensuing reactions from his opponents, and, ultimately, the vote.

Not so sure you are right about that. We will see. I know several black people who can’t stand democrats and their constant “blacks can only be victims” approach to everything.
