Telling the truth about a situation or an individual is what attracts blacks to Trump in the first place.

“What do you have to lose” was the line that won Trump more black voters then any other Republican in recent history.

BTW Baltimore does have a rat problem, however their elected officials would rather bash Trump then fix the problem.

Trump might have just increased his percentage of black voters. Many I know are disgusted by the behavior of these opportunists.

Trump doesn't need to carry a majority of the black vote only increase his percentage points by 5 to 10 points. He made inroads in 2016 by asking, "what do you have to lose?"

I think he can counter the reaction that is about to come by asking, do you want to lose rats, vermin, drug epidemics, street gangs, unconscionable murder rates, graft and corruption, rotten schools? You keep the former by voting for Democrats, I delivered the jobs, now it's your turn to deliver the votes.

It's a chance, only a chance because he's campaigning not against a political philosophy but against a pathology.

Don't be so quick to agree with the democRATS and the MSM's assessment of this incident about Cummings and his filth-ridden, rat-infested home district in West Baltimore.

Even blacks in Baltimore, especially those in Cummings' district, have been quite vocal that Trump is right and Cummings is worthless as their representative in congress.

Blacks aren't stupid. They know who is helping them and who is not. After 2 decades of Cummings being in the House, they see that nothing has been done to help their situation.

But they see that Trump is calling Cummings out. They like that the president is exposing their representative and the job he hasn't done for them.

David Axelrod said that if Trump loses in 2020, it will be because of his racist comments about Cummings and Baltimore. Axelrod's still playing Obama politics. Yesterday's politics.

But Trump plays the political game as no one has ever seen it played. His economy has helped blacks achieve the lowest unemployment rate ever. He will get more black votes in 2020 than he did in 2016.

I hold an opposing opinion. I think President Trump’s approval among voting blacks ha just increased tremendously. Most blacks I know can’t stand Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson, etc... as they have long recognized the truth about what The President Trump recently tweeted.
