A Citizen's Indictment pursuant to Titles 21 U.S.C. 848 and 18 U.S.C. 1951-1968
Plaintiff, Lee Cary
Defendants: Tom Perez, Chair, Democratic National Committee; Henry R. Muñoz III, Finance chair; Michael Tyler, Spokesperson; address 430 South Capitol St SE, Washington, D.C., 20003; and custodians of FCC-reported monies donated to individual Democrat politicians, and Democrat campaign-related special interest groups.
Introduction: According to the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs Bureau of Justice Statistics, Federal prosecutors have available two sets of statutes to dismantle criminal enterprises that function like businesses. The continuing criminal enterprise (CCE) statute (21 U.S.C. 848) targets only drug traffickers who are responsible for long term and elaborate conspiracies. The antiracketeering statute (18 U.S.C. 1951-1968), which includes the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), targets offenders working at the top levels of various kinds of criminal organizations.
When wasn’t it a criminal enterprise?
Eric Hoffer once said, “Every great cause begins as a movement, becomes a business, and eventually degenerates into a racket.” Alas, in my lifetime I have seen both the Democratic and Republican Parties go from the business to the racket stages.
From virtue signaling to violence signaling is not a stretch for criminals wearing masks who walk amongst us.
Yeah, that transition is decades old. At an absolute minimum it was completed during Clinton’s time in office.
Had Mr No Repeal Eisenhower not sold us out and rubber stamped Arbitrary government we could be doing much better now.
But he set the tone for the modern RNC, both the occasionally okay and the very bad of it.
I am beginning to think that the beginning of the end of this country was soon after its founding due to political parties.
... and still no one has been held accountable for the myriad crimes of the Democrat/Left.
Until someone in a position of authority -- I was hoping against hope it was going to be Attorney General Barr -- does so, it's going to continue -- in fact, it's going to accelerate as the election nears. So far, nothing ... not a d@mn thing ...
