In my awesome opinion if you are somewhat or very famous for reasons of whatever then you must be extremely careful with what and where you place your sex organs. Does not matter male/female. Once you have national or international notoriety well then! Your naked pics can be worth a very great deal of money. Your naked video then committing very real and very disgusting child-sex crimes well then! Does not matter you are Governor or Prince of England. The general public frowns severely on your sticking the D to little kids. I would imagine that such famous folks would pay a VERY significant amount of money to keep those pics and videos private and yet us there any honor of a blackmailer? No there is not.
