In the litigation involving Alan Dershowitz the credibility of Ms. Roberts Giuffre seems to have been greatly reduced. Apparently her own counsel was forced to concede that her accusations against Dershowitz were untrue.
It all depends if there is a Elliot Ness within the ranks of the DOJ.
