It used to be that this whole “Ilhan Omar married her brother” thing was considered a “right-wing conspiracy.”
No one in the MSM would touch it, and everyone just brushed it off as some “racist” attack against a poor innocent refugee.
Well, local news outlets have been digging… and more information pops up that indicates that not only did she likely marry her brother… she’s committed both tax and immigration fraud.
As I mentioned yesterday, President Trump said he hoped someone would “look into it.”
Well, Tucker delivered:
“David Steinberg spent a decade as PJ Media’s New York editor. He has been closely investigating Ilhan Omar’s background for years since she entered public life,” Carlson began. “He’s cultivated sources within the Minnesota Somali community. He knows as much about Omar’s background as any reporter could know. Very few are interested, but he’s deeply interested and he should be. Just this morning, Steinberg released a piece on Power Line. In that piece he repeats the claim that Omar married her biological brother.”
Carlson continued: “And then he makes this stunning allegation, sourced to members of the Minneapolis Somali community: ‘In 1995 Ilhan entered the United States as a fraudulent member of the Omar family. That is not her family. The Omar family is a second unrelated family which was being granted asylum by the United States. The Omars allowed Ilhan, her genetic sister Sahra, and her genetic father Nur Said to use false names to apply for asylum as members of the Omar family. Ilhan’s genetic family split up at this time. Ilhan’s three other siblings, using their real names, managed to get asylum in the United Kingdom.'”
“Steinberg goes on to say Ilhan’s brother was one of those three siblings and that she was later legally married to this man, her biological brother, from 2009 until 2017,” Carlson stated. “It’s a shocking claim, so far it is unproven. Omar has denied the story, but she hasn’t disproven it. The Minneapolis Star-Tribune, Omar’s local newspaper responsible for a lot of fawning coverage about Omar, has tried to investigate the matter. They say they can neither confirm nor rebut the allegations. Omar is not participating. Last month, the paper noted that Omar has refused even to provide the full names of her immediate family. Let’s read that again, the paper revealed last month that Omar will not even reveal the names of her family. None of her relatives have come forward to comment on this, by the way. It is all bizarre, but it deserves to be investigated. There is far more smoke here than ever was for the idea that say, ‘the president colluded with Russia to rig the election.’ So, we’d like to know more.”

Shouldn’t have screwed with Tucker Carlson. He has a platform and a hell of a lot more credibility then the jihad squad.

Shouldn’t some member of Congress draft up a 2-line law that says it’s illegal to marry a ‘brother’ as a member of the House (leave out the Senate)? Seems like we need to regulate this type of business.
Somalia is the @sshole of the world. It leads in such distinguished categories as piracy, illiteracy, low IQ, cousin marriage, and female genital mutilation. I just read another article stating that the US State Dept. found that 87% of asylum applications from Somalia were fraudulent.
It needs a fence built around it to keep its citizens in, so they don’t infect their neighbors, not to mention the USA.

Omar should be BARRED from ALL COMMITTEE appointments and meetings, and any clearances issued to the name of Ilhan Omar should be FLAGGED, until this persons identity can be confirmed..

But I would remind everyone that there are QUITE A FEW very strong voices out their in journalism and radio etc. that are Jewish and a number are waging some of the best fights against the left.
