Did you catch last night's debate where Beto-Male and Fauxahontas got stuck at the kiddie table? Hopefully you didn't, but I decided to watch so you wouldn't have to! I debated doing a drunk blog, but The VodkaPundit already does it better than I ever can. That said, I need to give two quick takes from tonight's debate:
These nimrods turned talking over each other into an art form. Obnoxious behavior during debates is nothing new, but ensuring that neither you nor the person you're sparring with gets unheard doesn't do either of you any favors. I'm not sure when this practice started, but the first time I recall seeing it was when I first started getting actually interested in politics (other than voting against Democrats by default) and watching the debates between Dubya & Gore. While I wasn't crazy about Bush (I was a McCainaanite at the time. Yes, I was so young & innocent.) it grated on me how Gore kept talking over him and he just stood there and took it. Did anyone notice this starting before then?
Anyway, Castro made a brilliant point, if slightly off target: Julian Castros Immigration Plan Includes Marshall Plan for Central America and Latin America
Part of being smarter about immigration would be the creation of this 21st century Marshall Plan aimed at several Central American nations. The original Marshall Plan was a massive rebuilding and aid package for the nations of Europe hit by the devastation of World War II. The effects and goodwill generated by that program created for the United States a constellation of allies.Of course, any good student of history remembers one key element of The Marshall Plan, emphasis mine:The problem is that folks cant find safety and opportunity in Honduras or El Salvador or Guatemala. If we can partner with those countries so that people can find safety and opportunity there, instead of having to come and knock on the door of the United States thats what they want, Castro said. That is going to be better for those countries in the long run that also addresses the issue that youre talking about, which is 92,000 people coming to the southern border in one month.

Julian Castro should go be President of Honduras.
lol
Marshall plan for Latin America?
It’s been staffed. All studies conclude the same thing: the money would be stolen by the people who call themselves the “government” there, Miami would get a few thousand new residents with lots of bling, and the peons would be left starving in the jungle as usual.
Ed Abbey had the better suggestion back in 1981: meet them at the border, hand them a gun, turn them around, they’ll know what to do when they get home.

So what this is, is bribery. We bribe these countries to keep their people home. And like we haven’t been doing that for years? And just where has our money gone? Into the eletes in these countries pockets! I read somewhere that there are as many as 600 million people living to the south of our border with Mexico. Hillary wanted to bring them all here. This a$$hole wants us to pay them enough that they will stay home ( like the mayor of Fresno wanting to pay murderers in exchange for a promise that they stop killing people). They are virtually all Catholic, so they think birth control is a sin. So for openers, kick the Catholic Church out of their citizens bedrooms (out of their countries would be much better because the Catholic Church is one of the roots of the problem). Sellng off the trappings of the Catholic Church and putting the money derived to better use would be a start. You can’t have the numbers of babies they have, with nothing for them to do when they grow up, and I don’t think its our job to “industrialize” all the rest of the Western Hemisphere.

Unfortunately, each country in Central and South America “takes its turn at a revoluion” from time to time. It’s Venezuela’s turn right now, but you can’t name a country down there that hasn’t had a revolt in the last 100 years. Trump’s wall is the best option by far. Kicking the $hit that’s already here should be job one.
The Marshall Plan was a complete waste. We have a Nazi Germany taking control of Europe once again. And we gave them the money to get started.
I always trip a wire when I see someone using "Nimrod" as an insult.
The rest of the story:
Perfect!
His mommie is a commie.
I suggest we don’t vote for her
His Mommie is also a Founding Member of La Raza.
Don’t trust ANYTHING Senor Castro has to say.
I’d believe Fidel’s Zombie and Raul before I would trust Julian or his brother.
After he went Monty Python and the Life of Brian yesterday, Ill be calling him Loretta Castro.
Your point is true. Revolutions are a Latin American tradition, and they always end up the same way: the new guys turn out to be a different gang then the old guys, and they do exactly the same things: extract Mordida from the little people, live in luxury while everyone else starves, and prance around in gaudy uniforms with aviator sunglasses.
We tend to think of revolution with respect to how ours turned out. Ain’t that way in MachoLand.
But remember that guns are illegal throughout most of Latin America. Los Peons really never get access to them, only the connected land holders and the gangsters. The “army” in Mexico is really just the State gang, and runs on bribery as all other institutions there do. If the populace really was able to latch on to weapons in a big way, all that would be at risk. Which is why they ruthlessly control guns there. And why the Left here is so terrified of them.

Amazing that this was written back in 1981. I heard people in Tucson calling him a Nazi for writing it back then; thought that was hilarious. What’s amazing is how little has changed since then. The problem is only 100 times worse now.
