While on a preaching tour in Vermont a few weeks ago, Franklin Graham got an idea: God had helped Donald Trump reach the White House, and now the President needed divine aid again.
Like no President before him, Trump was under attack, Graham said. From Democrats, Republicans, the media, even powers and principalities beyond the human realm. His presidency was in peril, the country at a moral crossroads.
So Graham decided to do what evangelists do: pray, preferably with lots of other people. After calling evangelical allies, he announced plans to name this Sunday, June 2, as a special day of prayer to protect Trump from his enemies.
Were on the edge of a precipice, Graham said. Time is short. We need to pray for God to intervene. We need to ask God to protect, strengthen, encourage, and guide the President.
In some respects, the Pray For Trump day seems designed to drive positive media coverage of the President, shifting the narrative from a presidency in peril to one buoyed by Trumps most loyal bloc: white evangelicals.

The Democrat Party has been officially aligned with Satan since its 2012 national convention.
Other Christians??? What the hell is an other Christian!!!
Fake Christians.
The mainline denominations are full of them, for a start.
Fake pews?
By the way, the Bible commands us to pray for those in authority.
We need to pray for ourselves.
Fake pews LOL, LOL, good one!!!
1 "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour"
For this reason:
"2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. " -- Proverbs 29:2
I read a little about the dude. He sounds like a fruitcake.
As a Christian, I think I prayed for Obama a time or two between clenched teeth knowing it was what we should be doing even if it were for selfish reasons.
Last time I read about Franklin Graham it was content questioning his promoting a business called “Voodoo Donuts.” By promoting, it was a photo of him leaning next to a box of Voodoo’s donuts giving a thumb’s up sign. Voodoo Donuts has a reputation for it’s lurid sexual focus - the names of the donuts are not repeatable here, or weren’t at the time. I’ll put a link to the photo below. Don’t know what to think about it - hard to say why he’d be photographed in that context and post it to Twitter. Supposedly, there’s an effort to scrub the photos from the ‘net.

Pray for Trump every day.
Sounds very much like it could be photoshopped.
Rev. Graham is considered differently from his father but I, for one, will make sure to set aside some time Sunday to pray for President Trump as our church does most every Monday in our corporate prayer group (that prays for the church body and, thus, authorities over them).
The appeal is made to God, not to Trump or Rev. Franklin so what could be offensive about that? Does Trump not need our spiritual help? I think he does.
I am in. Victory for Trump and this country and the prolife movement in Jesus name.
Yep
What a buncha used food.
