The I Act On Pledge I pledge to check my bias, speak up for others and show up for all.
HOW CAN YOU ACT ON THE PLEDGE? I will check my own biases and take meaningful action to understand and mitigate them. I will initiate meaningful, complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations with my friends and colleagues. I will ask myself, “Do my actions and words reflect the value of inclusion?” I will move outside my comfort zone to learn about the experiences and perspectives of others. Because Diversity can only be destructive: whatever IS is insufficiently or inexactly diverse.

And there is no conceivable or measurable end to it. Yesterday's Diversity is today's intolerable lack of Diversity.
Diversity is the destruction of Good; and it is the destruction of all types of Good - however defined. All are chewed up and spat out by Diversity.
Diversity is the promotion of chaos by the destruction of Good; and then there-naming of chaos as Good.
When the company went in this direction...it was time to move on. You realize that they are not interested in the product, innovation or quality.

If you want to be “included” as a physicist, study and prove you’re intelligent.
If you want to be “included” as a fighter pilot, try graduating first in your pilot training class.
If you want to be “included” in a real college, try actually studing something important, rather than “studies).
Face it, woke folks, you are losers. Always were, always will be.
(And no, I’m no genius or a top of the class type. I’ve worked for what I’ve achieved, and I do attribute a good bit of luck to it. There was always someone better than me - much better. But, then again, life is luck, not woke bull Obamastuff.)

And ###### can stand for VISIT.
I will do NONE of these things, in fact I am going the other way by pledging to NOT do business with any Minority or Female owned business in the hopes that my White Male Privilege doesn’t rub off onto them by accident.
This is litigation trolling 101. Any association with this company is a resume death sentence.
I pledge to come to work on time, do my job, earn my pay, and go home. Anything else is none of your damned business.
Amazon has recently started including female/minority owned propaganda when searching for products. I consider them indicators of who I do NOT want to do business with.
