London Mayor Sadiq Khan is finally getting a strong message from Queen Elizabeth II on his openly hostile views of President Trump.
The Muslim mayor, who has been a vocal critic of the president, was noticeably left off of the invitation list for the banquet planned in honor of Trump’s state visit to the United Kingdom next month.
“The mayor has not been invited to the state banquet,” Khan’s spokesman, Jonathan Weisgard, told Newsweek.
The Queen has apparently opted not to invite the London Mayor to Trump’s state banquet at Buckingham Palace as he makes a three-day state visit in June to mark the 75th anniversary of D-Day. The ceremonial state visit will include a formal welcome at Horse Guard’s Parade as well as lunch and dinner at Buckingham Palace.
Khan and Trump have had a contentious history with angry comments exchanged on topics from immigration to terror attacks. The mayor blasted Trump in June 2017 after the president called him out for the response to a recent Islamic terror attack.

Her Majesty the Queen has made a decisive statement against the shenanigans of Mayor “Sad IQ” Khan. She is to be congratulated.
Khan would have demanded that no alcohol or pork products be served at the State banquet and that all female guests including the Queen must wear hijabs.
The Khan-led anti-Trump demonstrations will go on as scheduled. Now let’s see if he calls for riots.
And please please serve pork just to smear salt on the wound.

I hope they're forced to attend. Meghan is playing a very nasty game. She signed on to be a Royal. She's an actress; she should understand the role she's taken on. Forcing her to go would be a very strong message that she will obey. I'd imagine she'll be rather angered and humiliated, maybe even come up with some excuse why she can't attend.
re: England’s demographics. England itself (without Ireland, Scotland, Wales) is not that large. When London is totally a Muslim city, there’s not much left.

England would be better served if it returned to being a country run by the Monarchy. Hell yes you might get wacko Monarchs in the future who like to behead people and kill their wives, but it would still be ENGLAND and not ENGLANISTAN, a Sharia state which is where it is heading. People in the USA forget how small these European countries are. England only has a population of around 50 million while there are TWO BILLION or Islamics in this world. Other countries like Sweden, Norway, they are absolute toast. New York city has a population almost TWICE as big as Norway!!

The Queen is old enough to remember D-Day and the solemnity of the event and knows this dumb ass mayor would likely be a nuisance. Good on the Queen to try and keep things dignified.
