The Afternoon Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends) Just like that, the San Fran Nan crackdown on AOC and her radical cohorts begins. – The first thing you need to know about Democrat politicians is that they’re all just reciting from scripts written for them by other people. They all put their own little trademark spins on things – Irish Bob O’Rourke and Bernie Sanders also add in their trademark hand-and-arm-gesticulations – but in effect, they’re all nothing but a bunch of talking points parrots at the end of the day.
The second thing you need to understand is that everything contained in their scripts is based on polling and focus group data. Nothing is spontaneous, nothing is extemporaneous, nothing is meant to communicate what they really believe. Hell, it’s just the opposite, really: Pretty much everything in the scripts is designed to obfuscate what they really believe and want to do to you if elected.
Only when you understand the above can you really digest and understand what has taken place over the last couple of days.
Nancy Pelosi and her fellow leaders in the congressional Democrat caucus must have gotten some very bad polling data on the antics of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar and their fellow radicals in the House. That’s the only way to explain the following all taking place so close together:
- Pelosi’s puff piece interview with Leslie Stahl on “60 Minutes”, in which she was entirely dismissive of AOC and her fellow radicals, saying they amount to “about 5 members,” and going onto say that “a glass of water with a D next to it” would easily win Ocasio-Cortez’s Bronx district.
- The announcement by AOC just before the airing of that Pelosi interview that she would no longer use Facebook and would be cutting back on all social media due to “health” concerns. “I actually think that social media poses a public health risk to everybody,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “There are amplified impacts for young people, particularly children under the age of 3 with screen time,” she said, “But I think it has a lot of effects on older people. I think it has effects on everybody. Increased isolation, depression, anxiety, addiction, escapism.” Yeah, sure, right, uh-huh.
- The sudden relative silence from the Twitter account and gaping mouth of fellow radical leftist Ilhan Omar, who got into a furious controversy over her latest anti-American remarks that lasted most of last week.
The ongoing radical, anti-American antics by these two and fellow radical leftist freshman congresswoman Rashida Tlaib has no doubt led to some highly-negative polling data now flowing into the office of the Speaker of the House, and she ain’t happy about it.
If you really believe AOC’s absurd cover for dramatically scaling back her social media antics, boy do I have some waterfront property out in West Central Texas I’d like to talk to you about. AOC built her entire campaign on social media, and has practically lived on Facebook and Twitter since taking office in January. The same is true of Omar, who has been a near-constant presence on Twitter and in front of the nearest available TV camera since the day she was sworn into office.
San Fran Nan most likely finally had enough of these two primadonnas constantly upsetting her and the Democrat Party’s preferred daily narratives and stealing all the media attention for themselves. So she has obviously ordered them to rein themselves in for awhile and let the Party’s “grownups” – such as they are – resume control of the messaging.
Too bad – these crazy freshman kids have provided the most entertainment value through the entire political season in the first four months of the year.
Don’t fret, though: There’s no way these attention hogs can contain themselves for long. But for now, anyway, San Fran Nan appears to have exerted some semblance of control.

Old Dems think they can control the shiny new objects with campaign money. But the new crowd won’t need it once Idon’t-CAIR and the other Moose-Limb criminal gangs get more deeply embedded.
Watch for the un-explained fires, explosions, deceased pets etc over the coming months. It will be a war of attrition; Politically taking out the old gang until they are all gone.

What kind of parents does she know with kids under the age of 3 on FB? Other than that ridiculous statement, I’m in agreement with her for the first time since she came on the scene! Have to say that last week I did see a mother with a small child in a stroller who was holding a cellphone leaving a medical building - today’s pacifier, I guess.
Additionally just this morning Pelosi was quoted in Europe somewhere as saying, their colleagues in the House love those trouble makers (not her word)….so someone’s not on the same page! It was on a FR thread if I’m not mistaken.
I don’t know about all that but agree with your conclusion. The first test will be, can they stay off social media? I’m betting no.

This has nothing to do with Pelosi. The DNC knows damn well that these four dingbats have given the GOP about $1 billion in advertising material for the 2020 election year. At least three of the four will face primary challenges ... because bouncing their asses out of office in a primary is the best way for the Democrats to convince American voters that they are a “moderate” party.

Has there ever been a more striking, brutal example of how the Democrats feel about their base voters and their most solid voting districts?
A Republican party with any balls, with any gumption, would take that statement and ride the living excrement out of it. I'm not kidding.
Pelosi laying down the gavel must have been what prompted Rashid to claim that the Dems used minority members as “tokens”
no doubt Pelosi also laid the gavel down on her media associates putting the nix on interviews for the highschooler crowd
Dems are already bolting. Many, many blacks are “Blexiting” from the Dem party, 34% of those attending Trump’s last rally were Dems, Hispanic voters’ support for Trump is continually going up, and I’ve seen a couple of articles just in the last few days about good numbers of Dems here and there changing voter registration party to Republican.
Even without the anti-American Krazy Krew of B.O.D.s, Dems can’t win without fraud, especially including illegals voting, which will be much harder to do in 2020.
