I tend to believe these kinds of letters are written by the columnist, based on what the columnist thinks people ought to be asking. Similar to all the phony Trump-hating letters to the editor in newspapers that somehow manage to hit all of the exact talking points the editorial staff wants aired.

She's lying about something.
Either she's not that attractive, has a serious mental problem that's warding off men. Or has body odor.
Or not an original female.
No seriously handsome woman in any of the watering holes I've been to in my thirty something years of dating ever went home alone if she was loving for love, one night stands or not.
I believe she getting hit on by plenty of men, just not the men she's interested in. And she has high expectations in her potential dates... so high that even if the Brad Pitt's or George Clooney's asked her out she would turn them down.
That's assuming this story is real and not just "click bait"

Women who self describe as “attractive” usually end up homely as hell, flat chested and boring. Between marriages I got fixed up with a dozen women whose best friends described them as “attractive” which I learned was the kiss of death.
