The Beatitudes of the Religious Left: Blessed are those who chose poverty over effort, for they shall live off of those who chose effort over poverty. Blessed are those who mourn for a living, for they shall have a long and prosperous career. Blessed are the meek vassals of the state, for they shall never toil, nor achieve. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for a firearm, for your unmarked grave will be provided free of charge by the state. Blessed are those who are merciful to all forms of evil for they will never be deemed judgmental by the state. Blessed are the pure of ideology, for they will never have to think. Blessed are those who chose peace at all costs, for their government overseers shall grant it to them at all costs. Blessed are the politicians who sow misery in Marxism’s sake, for the state shall insure someone else reaps it. Blessed are you when talk radio or cable news reveals the truth about you for Marxism’s sake. Be of good cheer, for so did a handful of state discredited historians ridicule the prophets Joseph Stalin, Lyndon Baines Johnson, Mao Tse Tung, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Che Guevara, Woodrow Wilson, Barak Obama and Mussolini.
