We are being hoodwinked by our own government and their complicit media, who are dividing us into groups for the sole purpose of hating or envying one another

Could we, the American people, be this foolish?

As soon as we allowed our politicians to refer to our nationality by whatever hyphenated European, Asian or African nation our ancestry originated from—American—we unwittingly allowed them the first small step toward losing our national unity. First, through our cultural differences, then race, religion, and now, more so than ever, our political persuasion, to eventually become a conquered state where we find ourselves today. Whatever happened to America’s greatest strength as the world’s melting pot with millions of diverse people working together, sharing their many diverse talents?

I wish it were simply a conspiracy. It’s worse, it’s happening organically. With the modern megaphone of social media, we are now able to interact with people we wouldn’t have imagined existed 30 years ago.

Sure, politicians and the media feed this division, but it’s not their contrivance. And they will, at some point reap the whirlwind.

We mean and know it to mean where our ancestors came from.

Hispanics and asians and blacks use it for pity or are way too attached to the country their ancestors came from, putting it first.

There are two aspects of this and one is dark but understandable, and the other is basically evil.

First point is that I believe there is a demand for hate peddling. These people are/were a small minority of the population, but they are already predisposed to hate and anger, and they will gravitate toward whatever media or source that will validate it for them.

The fact that parts of the media will cater to this demand is shameful and dark, but in an odd sort of business way, ut is somewhat understandable.

The second aspect is the that all this feeding of hate, anger and division is create more hate. The evil part is that they know it. Denial is no excuse, and I’m quite sure that these people are in denial, but you can’t spend as much time dealing in hate as some of these media people have done without some chances for real introspection.

Also, it seems like irony, but it’s really not because it’s quite intentional; the hate monger media are almost always calling the people who they attack as the dividers and the haters. There is a two-fold reason for this. First, it helps them peddle their hate, because they are able to convince themselves that their targets are the haters (see lack of introspection above). Secondly, it disarms calling them haters as a counter point.

These people are basically evil. Not in a horns and pitchfork way. They will claim the opposite, or frame it in terms of ‘revolution’ and change, but I believe they really want violence and upheaval.

I had an occasion to deal with a company, and the representative was, ahem, of an easily identifiable ethnicity. And she - double “affirmative action" credit, that - did a terrible job. Worse off after consulting her than I was before.

You cannot be surprised to learn that that is not going to happen again.

Thomas Sowell has pointed out that the Irish have, over time, integrated into the mainstream - and such a sign as you possess is an anachronism. But the first immigrants from Ireland had not yet integrated, and there actually were reasons the signs arose. Hard as it now is to envision.

I’m nearly full-blooded Irish. My grandfather came over as a young boy with my great grandfather. 11 kids.

The had a ranch, seven sections of land, in what is now Livermore. The Lawrence Livermore Lab is sitting on what was my great grandad’s land.

Yep. And it’s a very sly trick. The media/left tell us that if we disagree, we hate. So now everywhere you look, groups are branded as hate groups even when they are very Christian in their tenets. And as always, hate breeds hate so the groups “hated” (disagreed with) by the groups labeled as haters in turn hate them back.

So now we’re where we are now.

First small step? Is he kidding?

We are at a tipping point—the brink of Civil War 2.

This is no “first small step.” The nation is divided. The agitators in the halls of power keep stirring the pot as if they are untouchable. (They’re not.)

The left keeps demanding more and more. They are determined to gain unchecked power at any cost and using any means. And their intent is to destroy us. They are not merely political opponents. They are enemies.
