I am not sure that I am following you. Is that why President Trump has got a record number of judicial appointments? No, regardless of their other weaselly failures, the Senate has been working with President Trump when it comes to appointing federal judges despite obstruction from the Democrats.

Wrong. Each Justice decides the extent to which his or her opinions are composed by their law clerks. Some Justices do their entire composition while others delegate some or all of their opinion compositions to their clerks, subject of course to amendment and revision as the Justice determines is necessary.
