CNN host Don Lemon on Tuesday evening ripped the Covington Catholic High School chaperones for not educating the students about why Make America Great Again baseball caps trigger “marginalized people.”
“OK. The MAGA hat, the MAGA hat carries a certain connotation that provokes a conditioned reaction from many people. Especially from marginalized people,” Lemon said. “For example, Pocahontas, right? This was a Native American. Their chaperone should be keenly aware of that. Those kids should know that. And let’s say that the kids didn’t know that because they are kids. Their chaperones should be responsible enough to educate them. After all, they are students.”
CNN host Chris Cuomo said he did not understand why Covington Catholic allowed their students to wear MAGA hats to DC because “wearing the MAGA hat would have still been a violation of endorsing a political position.”

I can remember a time in my youth which somehow does not seem so long ago, even though my mirror assures me it was, that people carrying on like this about a red hat supporting a political cause as if it was a yellow star, would result in free red-blood Americans with a backbone turning out, en masse, wearing said hats no matter what their political beliefs. We are indeed a nation of childish snowflakes, we are losing our nation, we have lost our character, and I fear we may never recover either.

Ironically, I can’t think of what limitations Clint Eastwood has.
The Left’s favorite Indian seems to have marginalized himself with some hefty huffing over the years. I doubt that 16 year old children from Kentucky had much to do with that.

We went to see “Mule” a couple of weeks ago, we liked it very much. That man does have talent.
Ah yes! The good Dr Raoul. He was one of a kind. Those were the good ole days when Freepers were driving liberals crazy by outwitting them. I don’t know about the rest of you, but ‘m going to get the new MAGA hat, the one that says “Keep America Great.” Knowing how many followers DJT has, I wish every one of them would wear the red hat. Maybe we could designate a Red Hat Day.
For some reason I was thinking it was Laz in the devil suit.
I absolutely detest the verb “trigger.” So I’m not reading this, nor do I want to know anyone who gets “triggered.” My neighbor does. Can’t stand how crazy that makes her.
I’ve explained that going to a therapist is supposed to make her feel better. It doesn’t. It makes her feel and act worse because she’s triggered.
And so it goes. They’re all Batsh#t. Not my problem.
We don’t need no “education” from The Lemon. I couldn’t care less about Snowflakes that are “triggered” by MAGA hats.
Too late, my MAGA is in the mail.
So Don Lemon, a guy who works in free speech and free expression is lecturing us about the need to ban such things?
