My final assignment in the Air Force was as commander of an engineering unit. About a third of my engineers and technicians were Blacks. The engineers had all graduated from reputable engineering schools. The technicians had all graduated from Air Force technician school, or they had certificates from community colleges. I treated my Blacks same way I treated my whites. I expected everyone to deliver, and we got along fine.

Liberals work from the presumption of stereotypes and work hard to convince everyone who not prejudiced they are.

Which really shows they are or they wouldn’t be trying so hard to prove something.

To us conservatives, we value the person who who they are, not what skin color they have.

Yep - conservatives treat people as equals until they prove otherwise...no matter the race, etc.,. On the other hand, Libs treat them like stupid pets who have no understanding of how nice the Libs are making it for them...
