The New York Times, which has long been an anti-American newspaper, has now somehow found in the First Amendment a right by CNN reporter Jim Acosta to behave in the manner he did last week, by pushing aside a White House aide who was a woman as she tried to grab the mic and pass it to another reporter wanting to ask a question.
The state-controlled news outlet that pushed such "righteous" people on us as Bill and Hillary Clinton and other sexual deviants, as well as promote the #MeToo movement, decided to fire off defending Jim Acosta and his obvious attempt to stonewall a press conference and to shove the arm back of a female White House aide who merely tried to do her job.
First, consider what took place.

Where does the Constitution say that NYT? As stupid as CNN.
The next time a reporter gets rude President Trump should say “Sit down and be quiet or I will boot you and everyone else from your outlet. Choose wisely.”
I recommend that the Trump Administration give a press pass to friendly outlets that have been deplatformed by the tech giants.
HA! Whitehouse press passes are a courtesy not a right.
Yet more proof the left is extremely brain damaged. I’m not sure how much longer we can share this country with these lunatics.
He has a right to see speak or publish anything that he would like to. If someone employing him wishes to hire him to do reporting, then that is their right. However, there is not one single person on the face of the planet that has a right to a White House Press pass. It is a privilege, not a right. There is a very big difference, and clearly the New York Times finds it in its political interest to completely blur the lines between the two. However, we are not so stupid as to believe them.
So do I!
See y'all in the Briefing Room!
Here’s hoping that now that intern has been through this once, she won’t be so shy next time. A well placed kick between Accosta’s knees could have resolved the issue quickly. That would be my advice to my daughter if either one went into a similar role.
If it was a clear assault and battery, why is Acosta not yet charged for this crime? I understand it was videotaped
Ok. So there must be rules issued to anyone receiving a WH press pass, right? So why dont they send a copy to the NYT and tell them to put them on their front page and then stick them down their throat.
The NYT and MSM including CNN no longer have any SHAME! It used to be that a price was usually paid for bad behavior (like the Acosta antics). His grandstanding reflects badly not only on CNN, but also on the WH Press corps. He should have been fired long ago!
This is also true for the corrupt/illegal behaviors of our politicians. When is someone like Hillary, BillyJeff, or Comey going to jail? Schneiderman beats up his “girlfriends” and gets a pass from jail time! There will be no accountability for Snipes and her vote fixing schemes in Florida!
Sadly, many Americans don’t really care enough to pay attention, let alone do something about the corruption. The system is now so crooked and entrenched that it leaves the average JohnQ and JaneQ citizen with little hope for our country.
Prayers for a cleansing will not be enough...
So by that logic, I have a second amendment right to any and all full auto machine guns.
And if Acosta doesn’t personally PAY for that press pass, my machine guns are free, too.
If he does, then so do we all.
BWAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You don’t have a *right* to something that is a privilege.
Then so do I!
It’s my right to get a story published in the NY Times.
I wouldn’t exactly call what he did assault.
It was the actions of a petulant child trying to keep what he viewed as “his” property. It looks like the BS my kids pull every day.
He has a right, like any other citizen, to demand accountability from those who are elected officials. He also has a right to act like a jackass.
What he does not have, is immunity from the consequences of his actions. Consequences for acting like a jackass is he gets booted from the White House.
Though CNN assigned him to the White House, neither he nor CNN is in any position to demand that he be allowed admittance. His behavior has demonstrated he is incapable of civility and thus he violates the decorum of the White House.
The best course of action on this is to refuse him entry...in a couple of years, he will be Acosta who?
Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press ...
Congress didnt legislate away his freedoms so where is the problem here? Freedom of the press keeps Congress from getting frisky, is all. Acosta can order take-out for life, for all I care.
1st Amendment right to press pass.
Sure.
Me too and a few hundred million others.
Exactly.
News media people are morons.
