But listen to him speak in Wisconsin the other day. Tell me the guy is not losing it. I queued up the video at the 24 minute mark. The next two minutes are great for a laugh.
He's obviously trying to sound natural like Trump, but he can't pull it off. He stammers and can't get his words out. He also overdoes his gestures and tries to speak in various voices.

Remember that Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama could not have usurped the office of President without the complete cooperation of the GOP.
