The bigger issue is whether can any longer work with women in the workplace. Certainly they should have the right to require rules to be put in place, such as it being improper for the employer to require them to be alone with a woman.

If "they" deny him SCOTUS it will be because some republicans voted him down. Lindsey Graham actually is right to call out the weak sisters of the republican (and democrat) cabal.
